I'm very happy with my binoculars
I originally had a packaging issue on this entry level monocular telescope. The telescope itself also had a chemical smell when I opened the box. Peteme’s customer service department went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my situation corrected. They were relentless making sure I was satisfied.
