Some issues with loose mount hinge and buggy light
ProsPicture/microphone quality is good for web conferencing and the light is a nice feature.ConsBecause the mount hinge is so loose, the camera needs to be readjusted every time the privacy cover is opened or the light's touch controls are used. It would be nice if you could tighten the hinge so it doesn't open so easily.Occasionally, the light's touch control will stop working and the USB cable needs to be unplugged and plugged back in again to reset it.
