This Tripod man!!! Is unique. I had two tripods before and none of them can beat this one. The quality is my main concern, I can tell is very strong and very sturdy and easy to move around.. with 360 degree ball head, I was able to take every possible pictures Wanted as a beginner. I’m pleased with a purchase made. Is always present with me in my car goes everywhere I go now.

I have had several tripods in my life time, but none quiet like the K&F Concepts 78 inch tripod with the 360 Degree Ball Head. After reading the enclosed paperwork (1 small sheet of paper) I went onto YouTube and watched some vids on the tripod. Even the Ken Franks website was very informative also.So far I have not found any "cons" on the tripod. I have taken photos in every position you can imagine, I even tried the "hanging the camera" upside down and got some great close ups of ants, bugs, spiders and yes even grass.Living in the South at this particular time outdoor shooting is based on the weather. I cant wait to get out and do some landscapes and see the results. If you are looking for a tripod for you camera that is of outstanding quality without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this tripod. I got the 78 inch version due to being 6 foot 3 inches.Ken does have other styles and heights. Check them out. You won't go wrong!

I have the Nikon P1000, maybe it's just too heavy for this lightweight tripod, only time will tell.

I chose it because I wanted a high and lightweight quality tripod at a reasonable price, and for those parameters, this is currently the best choice. Product is well made and effectively priced. The tripod/monopod design is efficient and provides additional versatility over tripod only designs. Legs are easy to adjust and sturdy, the ball head moves smooth and the grip on the knobs are strong, this allows you to work with precision and confidence.

Feet will come unscrewed on you, watch out for that! First use I noticed them loose, tightened them as best I could, but by the end of a 1 hour hike with it strapped to my camera bag 2 of the 3 feet had loosened again and fallen off somewhere on the trail, lost forever. So if you buy this make sure to put some loctite on the threads of the feet before using it. Company at least has sent me replacement, has taken a month to get it but at least it's free.

Pros: clip-lock extensions on the legs are firm and hold heavy loads; light weight; perfect for traveling.Cons: weight of a rig can sometimes fall even when the ball head is tight. don't forget to tighten more than you think you need to.
