I'm a pro photographer and videographer, and I bought this primarily for video so I can shoot wide open in broad daylight. The built quality is FANTASTIC. It takes some force to change the dial which I like, because it won't change move on you when you don't want it to.I don't notice a difference in image quality whatsoever. Using it on the Tamron 28-75 2.8 on the Sony A7iii.Con: the lens hood isn't an option because of the bulkiness of the ring at the end of the lens. If you want to use a lens hood you'll probably have to go with a fixed ND.Overall, I'm blown away that a product can cost so little and I have so many stops of ND to work with at such high quality. Unreal. Great job guys on the development of this product.

This immediately became a necessity for outdoor shots. One thing I have found though is that if you accidentally twist it past "MAX" when trying to set the filter density, you may wind up having the filter run a black shadow through the centre of your image. Just steer clear of "max" and you'll get great outdoor shots.
