I bought this thinking it would save me time taking my neutral polariser off one lens and transferring to another. This was a huge mistake. The vari works well but moves too easily making adjustments and keeping the shot settings almost impossible. Autofocus spent ages hunting for the subject and could not lock on, tried manual focus with little improvement but still out of focus pictures. an other wasted purchase IMHO. The none setting on the polariser has a .2 shade to it.

Exceeded my expectations! Just gotta be careful though with the filter on max, there can be some vignetting.

A simple easy to use filter, which fits perfectly does not reduce jpeg or RAW quality.Reasonably priced, the main issue is not to overuse it

Perfect for ICM photography. Easy to use no faffing with holders and sliding in expensive glass which usually ends up on the floor. I have two of these now one for each lens I use for ICM photography and I have recommended them to others. It's true you can't get your lens hood on with them but I don't need to when doing ICM. You can't get a lens hood on when using Lee Filters either so I don't see why that is a problem.

On max you will get a black cross showing through the image making it unusable.

I love this ND. It has no surprise artifacts and didn't melt my wallet.Arrived promptly and in good condition.I would recommend going with the biggest size you can use and use step rings unless you share gear.
