I primarily use the Magic Arm from K&F Concept for video recordings where I need to have both hands free. My goal was to find a space-saving solution that could be quickly assembled and dismantled just as quickly as needed so that the work surface could be used flexibly.

Workmanship and feel
Qualitatively, the Magic Arm leaves a very solid impression even when unpacked. The entire construction is cleanly finished and has no visual defects. Despite the sturdy construction, the arm is surprisingly light, which makes everyday handling much easier.

Assembly and stability
The included table clamp is equipped with rubber surfaces, which I find very gentle on the material, as there are no scratches due to the clamping force. The ends of the arm are particularly noteworthy: In addition to the standard thread, these have resilient locking bolts. These ensure that the holder fits securely and does not slide back and forth. This is a decisive advantage over simpler models, especially when attached to camera cages.

Functionality and accessories
The set is equipped with a wide range of features. The included smartphone holder has two threaded sockets for different mounting positions and an integrated cold shoe for other accessories such as lights or microphones. An adapter for action cams and a special key are also included. With this tool, the arm can be tightened much tighter when needed than would be possible with pure hand power.

Practical use
In practice, the swivel arm provides good stability for lightweight equipment such as smartphones, monitors or small lights. Thanks to the compact design and universal mounting options, the arm can be used very variably and can be easily fixed to almost any edge or rail.

I am very satisfied with this Magic Arm. It combines high-quality workmanship with sophisticated details such as the locking bolt and a solid table clamp. For users who are looking for a compact yet sturdy mount for lightweight camera accessories, this set is an excellent solution.

It seems that every chance I get to review a K&F Concept product, I come away very impressed by the quality and functionality. This very useful arm is no exception. It's lightweight and clamps easily onto the edge of my desk and gives me multiple articulation points to adjust it so that I can use to lock my phone in just the right position. The orange and black coloring is very classy and matches well with other K&F products I've got on hand. I can set this up to either view my phone, or to hold my action camera or even my DJI Pocket 3 to easily film vlog material without worry that the device is going to fall off and get damaged. If you need that type of versatile clamp, this one is a great option.

This arm is solid. I am impressed with the hardware that K&F uses for their clamps, tripods etc. As long as they continue to produce these with this quality I will be a customer!

This thing is so cool. And heavy duty. It’s almost completely made of metal. I put it on my bed so I don’t have to hold it. Easier to fall asleep if scrolling is what gets you tired. That’s what works for me. I just out it up there. Connect my little Bluetooth ring scroller obviously not included. And I’m ready for bed. No more dropping the phone on my face lol the clamp is very strong and well made. Awesome grip. Takes a little getting used to the angles. Very worth it. I bought 2 more

Very versatile, and I like the more stable connection compared to the gorilla options. All of the components seem to be very high quality, and I like that the unit is supplied with a tripod, phone and GoPro style connector. I use this to attache a second camera to a C stand, a desk, or a set of shelves mostly. I'm quite happy with this purchase.
