The adapter bracket was well packaged and delivered quickly. Since this small but sturdy block made of high-quality aluminum alloy moved in with me, I'm no longer the “miss the shot” type, but the “have everything in the box” hero. I mainly use it to quickly switch my action cam (an Osmo Nano, but it also fits Action 6 perfectly) between my chest strap, the small stand on the table and the clamp mount on the handlebars of my mountain bike.

What I like best is the sheer versatility. It's not just a holder, it's a multi-function tool. At the bottom, I have the choice: I either fold out the classic double claws that fit into every action camera accessory, or I use the ingenious 1/4 inch screw hole to pack it onto my photo tripods. This combination of standard camera thread and action cam claw is a must for every filmmaker. The silicone pads prevent me from scratching my expensive camera. The black and orange also looks chic and very high quality.

It happened last Sunday. I was riding my mountain bike on a demanding trail. Suddenly I see a group of deer on the edge of the forest — a perfect, unexpected shot. It would normally have taken me five minutes to remove the camera from the helmet, set up the stand and change the mount. Thanks to the magnetic quick release, I was able to remove the camera from the helmet in half a second, attach the adapter to the mini tripod that I had already attached to the backpack, and had the perfect viewing angle before the deer were even really gone. The magnetic connection is strong and stable; nothing wobbles, even when things get rapid. And because magnetic polarization works both ways, I didn't even have to pay attention to the orientation.

The only minor criticism: The springs for the claws on the side are a bit tight. With the original DJI mount, the camera snaps into place by itself, but here I usually have to press the button briefly with my finger so that the claw closes correctly. It's just a slight additional pressure, but it's not 100% automatic. However, as soon as the camera is in place, it is bombproof and doesn't go anywhere. If you need to change a lot of accessories quickly, you're definitely doing everything right with this durable and sturdy mount.

The part fits the DJI Osmo Action 6 perfectly and also looks very elegant in black/orange.

I also like the mounting options, once the two wings are folded up and you have the 1/4" internal thread for pretty much all camera stands and folded down for all sorts of action camera modules.

There is not much more versatility possible.

The included snap closure, which is reminiscent of a belt buckle, sits firmly in the appropriate mounts.

The wings are also slightly magnetic and don't fall off by themselves.

The price is quite high, but when you see the material and workmanship, it's worth every cent.

A clear recommendation for me.

A brilliant mount for the Osmo Action. I prefer it over the original DJI mount because it easily switches into a 1/4” when needed - therefore much more versatile. It isn’t much heavier or bulkier, but much more useful. If I could change anything though then I would wish for it to be all black so that it doesn’t draw any attention - i prefer these things to be as stealthy as possible.

The quality feels good, the hold is strong. Nevertheless the springs for the claws are too strong, and therefore it's necessary to press the side button to attach the camera. While on the original mounts, the connection would be automatic without pressing the claw.I appreciate the compact form, and the combination of 1/4 screw and the usual action cam support

This is one of those small camera accessories that looks basic but makes life noticeably easier when you are out shooting. I have been using it with a DJI Action 6 and it feels properly solid, not like the sort of cheap plastic that will crack the first time it hits a rock on a trail.The adapter is aluminium, nicely machined, with a 1/4 inch thread on the bottom and the GoPro style double claw on the side, so it goes straight onto a tripod, selfie stick or chest mount without having to juggle a pile of other bits. The foldable connector is a nice touch, it folds down small in a bag and gives you a bit of flexibility with angles.The magnetic quick release is generally very good, it snaps on securely to the Action 6 and does not wobble, although the polarity can be a little finicky if you try it with older models. The magnets feel strong, but I would still double check it before sticking it on a motorbike helmet.For about twenty quid, the build quality and flexibility are excellent value. It feels like a premium bit of kit, with just that minor magnet quirk to keep in mind.

My review copy of this K&F CONCEPT DJI Osmo Action 6 magnetic quick release adaptor came with the mount for fixing it to the type of clip that usually has a sticky patch under it to for attaching it to a curved or flat surface; as well as the standard action camera mount screw - see the photographs.The quick release adaptor attaches positively with the orange metal clips at either end of it as well as magnetically using the magnets in the top of it and it will fit, facing either way. The top of the adaptor has a rubberised surface so as not to damage the rubberised surface on the bottom of the camera.The underside of the adaptor has the option of: the two leaves being folded up which reveals a quarter inch BSW tapped hole so that you can attach it to just about anything that is designed for photography; or, the two leaves pointing down so that you can put them in the standard three-leaf action camera adaptor. The two leaves are held up by small magnets in the leaves that you can see in one of the photographs.The DJI Osmo Action 6 action camera is different to the action 5 pro by having the mounting slots on the base in the middle so that you can mount it on an adaptor either way around which is a lot more convenient if you want to swap the direction around.This is a very handy little adaptor to have with you as it will fit the standard action camera mount as well as a standard quarter thread.

This is a tidy little adapter that feels well made with a premium finish. The magnetic connection is strong and the extra clips add welcome security while still keeping the whole thing quick and simple to use. The foldable spigots are a clever touch since they let it work both as a straightforward tripod mount and as a way to attach the camera to chest harnesses or helmet mounts. A very handy bit of kit that adds real flexibility to an action camera setup.

Yet again K&F Concept nailed it!This K&F adapter is a must have addition to my Osmo accessories.The magnets are strong enough to snap the camera in place instantly, and crucially, it works both orientations on the Osmo Nano/Action.Real-world bonus: swapping between setups is now stupidly fast. One second on a mini tripod, next second flipped onto a helmet strap. No wobble, no rattle, even when jogging or biking.The only tiny catches: the magnetic pull is a touch gentler than DJI’s own (still plenty secure). Plus it adds a few millimetres of height, so ultra-low-profile rigs might notice.At £20 it’s not the cheapest, but compared to buying three half-baked DJI originals that still don’t work properly, it feels like a bargain. If you’re tired of wrestling with DJI’s magnetic nonsense, grab this. Problem solved.

A very well designed and made K&F CONCEPT Magnetic Quick Release Adapter Mount for DJI Osmo Nano/Action 6. Easy to attach to a tripod, helmet clamp, or motorcycle handlebar mounts. The DJI camera attaches and detaches easily. It stays on securely. It has all the quality of K&F Concept products. I have numerous K&F Concept products. I know they are always going to do as described. Quality, Durable, and easy to use.

I've not get bought the Action 6 yet, but this product will still fit the Action 4 and Action 5 Pro which is what I'm using it on. Functionality this is the same for each series.It's well made and the magnets work well to quickly locate the mounting pins. It is fully metal and seems strong. It securely holds the action camera and I'm not worried about the mount coming loose. It's a recommended buy from me.
