Today I would like to write my personal opinion about the 3 inch suction cup mount from K & F Concept, which I was able to test as part of the Vine program. This doesn't affect my review in any way. The “mini” suction cup mount from K & F Concept is perfect for attaching an ActionCam to smooth surfaces without having to look for a way to mount it. Simply press the suction cup against the surface and pump with the button until the line disappears in the thread, done. Of course, a completely flat surface should actually be used here and, if possible, it should not be too dirty to ensure a secure grip. The suction power is remarkable for the small size. When used with ActionCam or a small compact camera, you don't have to worry about the security of the mount. As a test, the suction cup also held my larger APS-C camera, but I would probably still prefer a slightly larger model here. With the included mobile phone holder, you can also easily attach your mobile phone somewhere on the go to shoot behind the scenes videos or simply to take beautiful pictures, long exposures, timelapses or the like. The size of the mount is perfect for traveling. It takes up very little space in a backpack and the weight of 320 grams is also very easy to handle. For photo/videographers, the small suction cup from K and F is certainly an asset. I got this mostly to use with my Osmo Pocket but also with my phone and action camera. All of these mount easily in my testing although the action cam needs a standard action cam mount which is also included but just not in my photos. The other thing I wanted here was size. My existing suction mount is a bit bigger and so more of a hassle. This suction mount is capable of all of these things so very versatile and allows me to take more stable video thus improving quality, and from lots of different angles I couldn't previously use as a tripod takes up too much space in my small flatIn terms of functionality it does what you expect ... it sticks to things. Flat surfaces like windows are my main use case so that it can easily create a seal. This mount uses a pump to suck air away and provide a stronger suction than my old clip down version which I never trusted. The main head is made of metal and the rubber suction pad is a thick rubber. Its a solid build. It has several mounting threads foenyou to attach the included magic-arm in different places. To use it, you place it on a durface and repeatedly push the button to suck out air. I'd say, functionally does everything you need.In terms of value, I think its a really well built, strong, stable suction mount and I appreciate the compact size that just makes it more usable, more transportable and more storable. It's also not the most expensive and for me that combination of functionality, build quality and price makes this great value for money

I tested the suction cup mount on various smooth surfaces, including the roof of the car and the windshield. The grip was consistently stable, even when moving and vibrating. The suction cup is tight and yet easy to remove without leaving any residue. The ball head can be adjusted precisely and holds the position reliably. Even with longer recordings, I didn't have to readjust anything. The Magic Arm is a real plus — it allows me to flexibly adjust the camera and even get unusual angles easily. The mount is compatible with multiple devices. I tested them with an Insta360 X4 and a GoPro Hero — both were easy to install. Even a smartphone with a suitable holder fits securely. The materials make a robust impression. The mix of aluminum and plastic feels high-quality and holds up even when used outdoors. I find the center hole particularly practical — this allows the holder to be precisely aligned, which is really helpful for certain shots.

Disadvantages: - Picky about surfaces: You really need a smooth, clean and non-porous surface. The suction cup does not hold on rough or painted surfaces. Logical, but you have to remember that. - Regular check-ups: For longer operations, you have to check the suction power every few hours and repump it if necessary. A small effort for maximum safety. - Not for heavyweights: The mount is not intended for large, heavy system cameras, although it carries an astonishing amount. And when installed outdoors on a vehicle above 80 km/h, a safety cable is recommended, which is not included. Conclusion: The K&F Concept 3" suction cup mount is an absolute must-have for anyone who wants to film or take pictures flexibly and safely. It is incredibly strong, versatile and easy to use. The high-quality workmanship and the clever safety features make me feel very good. Minor restrictions on surfaces and occasional repumping are absolutely tolerable given the performance offered and the trust it gives me. A Rock Solid Mount!A well made and great performing suction mount for the action or other cameras. This K&F Concept mount, like the other products I own from them, is made right. They use top quality components to make a great product that lasts, many of my K&F items are years old and suffered lots of abuse yet still work well.The suction cup works well on most any surface, these are designed to be used on smooth surfaces, but as you can see in the photo, I use mine on a number of different surfaces that are far from smooth and flat. The dashboard in the picture has a textured finish that other suctions cups, even those with adhesive bases, fail to stick too. With this mount, I can dust the dash off, press the mount down slightly and give it 2 or 3 pumps and it grabs extremely well! I can drive down the roughest of off road trails or smooth highways and this mount doesn't care it just stays where I put it. It is even more impressive to me that it holds in the hot Florida sun, where interior temperatures can reach over 150° in no time and other mounts just fall off on their own.The included magic arm works great, easily holding my camera where I want without even the slightest bit of creep over hours long drives. Again a very well made part, machined from aluminum with super smooth movement of the ball heads and strong clamping force with just a little force applied to the lever. The cell phone holder is actually pretty nice for an included item, even has a cold shoe that is perfect for mounting a small fil light. Overall this mount doesn't disappoint,is super easy to setup and use, is priced right and provides a rock solid base for my videos.

This is a quality piece of equipment from K&F. It works flawlessly and holds very well. The only thing i would knock a star off is for the phone mount. It's poor and really old tech and let's face it; wev'e moved on now. A more robust magnetic system would have been far better.

This kit was a fantastic addition to my action camera travel kit!It comes with multiple 1/4" screw interfaces (see pic). Whether I’m using it with my Osmo Pocket 3, Insta360 X5, or my Samsung S25 Ultra. This kit has me covered. The adjustable arm uses a double ball head design, allowing full 360° rotational adjustment.I’ve used the 3” suction cup on my vehicle windshield and side glass, hood, wooden tabletops, and various flat surfaces while traveling. The pump action of this mount is great, making mounting extremely easy and fast. Releasing the cup when you’re ready to move is as simple as pinching the two tabs on top of the cup. It’s important to note the “warning line” on the pump. You simply press the pump until the warning line disappears into the housing, and you're good to go. The line makes monitoring the cup easy while in use. If you start to see the line over an extended period of use, simply depress the pump a couple times until the line disappearsThis set takes up little space and has a permanent place in my travel kit. I highly recommend it!

The K&F Concept 3" Suction Cup Mount is a super way to mount an action camera or other small equipment to a smooth surface, allowing for a lot of creativity.I've used a few K&F Concept accessories and always been impressed with the quality and value for money they offer. This mount lives up to those expectations. The mount base and magic arm are both sturdily built out of quality feeling metals. Everything has a good finish. The single knob adjustment for the magic arm allows free positioning of the camera without too much fuss. The pumping action for the suction cup is also straightforward. I didn't understand the indicator line until I used the pump once, and it immediately made sense. The pump button will stay sucked in when there is enough suction, and as long as the indicator line stays inside the base there is enough suction to safely hold the camera.The suction cup is powerful enough to maintain suction not just on expected surfaces like car body panels and glass, but on some surfaces with light texture like the side of my refrigerator, or a wooden kitchen cabinet. I was surprised to see the suction cup hold for 30 minutes on my cabinet door without issue.The 3" size gives a lot of flexibility for smaller cameras like action cameras, and doesn't require a lot of space to attach. It's natural for filming on cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles, but with imagination it can also allow for sticking up a camera in unusual places like windows, desks, or kitchen appliances. I'm happy to have it as another option for placing cameras wherever inspiration strikes.

This thing sticks. But not to everything.But for what it sticks to, it’s stuck well.I was not very trusting it can support my phone on it but now I think it works great if you can get it to stick.The squeeze function makes it pretty simple. Your job is only to press down hard enough to get all the suction cup touching the surface and then the pump does everything else.Very convenient for fast holds. The latch to loosen and tighten the magic arm that holds that phone is super convenient too.I’m used to twisting the knob round and round but here it’s like a switch and works well.It comes with action camera mount and phone mount. Great starter sets. I look forward to sticking my own mounts on this suction cup.
