I’ve used this a little bit now and it’s a good quality tripod. It comes with a nice carry bag and fluid head. The head is smooth and holds the weight of my Nikon Z50ii with the 180-600mm lens no problem.

The feet come built in with metal spikes that you simply rotate the rubber foot if you don’t want to use the spikes.

It folks up nicely to carry with you and while not as light as carbon fiber at this price point the value is right where it needs to be and I don’t mind the little extra weight for the cost. It’s really not that heavy.

This will function well for both video and stills. I like this style head over the ball heads so this will likely become my go-to tripod.

It tilts well with great movement and vertical range.

I also like the versatility of being able to change it into a monopod, making the setup even lighter.

I bought this tripod to try in place of my basic one that I bought from the local camera store. The build quality on this K&F model is nice. The head and moving parts feel good in the hand. The telescoping poles feel thin but that is needed to keep the weight down. As long as you aren’t dropping it off a roof or running it over with a car you will be fine.

The adjustment knobs lock securely with several points of adjustment. The dot level can be difficult to read if the tripod is in a higher position than your eyes. I really wanted this for the monopod feature and it works just right. My other tripod, the monopod was very short and unusable.

The included arca plate is nice and the mount accepts my square Peak Design plates with a snug fit. I shoot with a Canon R10 with lenses as small as a 16mm to the heavy and long RF 100-500mm L lens. The tripod is sturdy with both of them. The foot grips could be a little bit longer to dig into dirt for more stability. The yaw and pitch rotations are smooth for this price of product; don’t expect the fluidity and response of a $500 tripod. I think it would perform very well
with an added gimbal for panning shots.

Finally, the included case is a nice quality with a padded velcro handgrip, shoulder carrying strap, nice shape/materials, and big zippers. The case quality was a pleasant surprise another tripod I had tried from another company was more expensive with a very cheap case.

The build quality feels very solid, and I can set my camera on it with confidence. The fluid head moves smoothly and makes panning easy. Folding it down is a little unusual at first and takes some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it actually packs down much smaller than expected.

i really REALLY love the dual-action rubber / metal spike feet. over or under - tightening it "locks" the feet into place, so i'm confident that #1, they'll not fall off, and #2, they wont switch modes by mistake.

the FH-03 top has a super nice smooth adjustable motion that makes even very zoomed-in shots extremely steady which i was not expecting to see in a 20x zoom. very nice. the arm is adjustable and can even be removed if needed. there is a bubble-level as well! the aluminum construction feels SOLID and if you over-spin the motion release mechanism, it will NOT detach from the unit which i find valuable. the aluminum Arca-Swiss quick-release plate is lightweight and has some rubber added to really lock in your phone or camera so it won't slip around.

the tripod comes with an outstanding carry bag that has extremely thick zippers which shouldn't ever get stuck or off-track. the carry case comes with a padded high quality shoulder strap as well, and the shoulder strap is removable. about 21 inches long overall which is surprising considering how tall the thing gets when deployed to the maximum.

tripod also has a metal hook which in my experience can easily support a 15 pound sandbag weight for added stability. there is also a free 1/4 inch mounting position near the top of the legs for accessories.

many tripods have spin-locks on the segmented legs. i greatly prefer the clip style that the O234A7 base has. there is a spin-lock on the upper extension arm when fully (and i mean FULLY) extended, and the entire thing is also reversable so you can have balanced, low-to-the-ground shots as well. as an added bonus, both elements of the upper vertical extension have an adjustable rubber gasket which i really appreciate. the detachable, monopod has padding for hand-grip which feels nice, and the monopod is compatible with the other segments of the unit, so you can mix and match them as you wish. the legs have 3 settings for normal, medium, and EXTREME stability which is appreciated because it gets super windy where i'm at.

the entire thing is surprisingly lightweight

overall very impressive, and i'm glad i bought it

small random side note: packaging was great. it shows confidence in their product that K&F Concept can just ship the thing in its retail box with no protective wasteful over-packaging because the unit itself is sturdy. there was zero odors or grease / stuff that gets on your hands. no machine-oil residue or odors on my hands after messing around with this immediately out of the box.

This tripod is super high quality. I've bought several products from this brand and they never cease to amaze me.
The head is incredibly smooth, it's fantastic for video, and it feels very sturdy despite being so lightweight.
The carrying bag is also excellent quality.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Lightweight, sturdy, and very practical.

I was surprised by how stable it is, even though it's quite light. It supports my camera without vibrations, and if needed, I can add weight to the column hook for extra stability outdoors. The nearly 2-meter height is a plus for high-angle shots or when I want to avoid obstacles in front of the scene. The fact that it can be converted into a monopod is also a welcome feature, very useful for more dynamic outings.

The metal legs with adjustable feet grip well on different terrains, and the fluid head allows for smooth movements when recording video, without any jerking. I've used it for night photography, video recording, and some streaming, and in all cases, it has performed with stability and precision. Furthermore, it folds up quite compactly, making it easy to transport.

Overall, it offers a good combination of functionality, portability, and price. Ideal especially for lightweight cameras and controlled situations. Honestly, it has pleasantly surprised me. Highly recommended.
