This filter adds a little pizzaz to lights, adds a little interest. it came make the scene too cluttered though if you have a lot of lights. Also, the streaks tend to to curve away from the center of the filter, so if you have lights off the to side this can possible detract from the image, though it is not bad.
the filter rotates to get the lines in the direction you want. but as noted in the another review because of this it can be difficult to get it off another filter. I would recommend not using with a UV or another filter.

I got a new camera, because I wanted to try doing more videos. I was looking for a special effects filter that could add an artistic flare and decided to start with this filter. This filter casts a blue streak or light flare at different points of light in your photo/video. In addition, the outer ring of the filter can be rotated so the angle of the blue streak can be altered 360 degrees. I am still experimenting, but so far I've noticed that on bigger lights, the streak appears like a beam of blue light. Then in bright sunlight, the streak appears less blue, almost white.
This filter is made of high quality optical glass with multiple layers of ultra-thin, nanometer coatings and ultra-light materials. The frame is very light and thin compared to some of the other filters I have. In my first few experimental photos and videos, I feel this filter has a lot of potential for portraits and still-life, as well as videos too. I also feel the price for this filter is very good and is a very good value. I highly recommend this camera filter for anyone shooting photos or videos and wanting to add an artistic element.

The K&F Blue Streak filter does a great job of getting that Spielberg light flare. Usually it shows up when a character opens a door and the light dramatically blooms in from the dark. This filter worked on my iPhone as well as my DSLR.
The 58mm fit my Samyang prime lenses snugly. The filter is well machined and allows the axis to pivot, making it easy to point the flares.
The attached photos were made on a 24mm and a 75mm. The effect adds a dramatic element to the shot.
Want to note the 58mm filter comes in a large filter holder. I prefer smaller filters in a smaller holder so I can keep it in my pocket. Just some nitpicking.
The filter performs well and is easy to use. I am impressed once again with a K&F product.

This is a fun alternative to buying an anamorphic lens. I've used at 55mm version of this filter and loved the anamorphic-style lens flair streaking across the screen. This does the same thing but in 67mm filter thread for my lens.
Using the filter gives cinematographers a pretty good rendition of blue anamorphic flair. You don't get the famous anamorphic bokeh, but for a quick 'faking it shot" this filter does nicely. The filter can also be turned to give you different angles with the flairs.
The build quality is excellent.

It works well but you do need light to come into the lens to create the effect. Other than that it is that look. It can be super effective for adding interest to your frame. I’ve put it on my camera and I see it does exactly as the sample image shows. Planning to use it for dark car photos like the sample McLaren. Looks great through the lens.

One of my favorite stylistic filters for concert photography or music videos. It just adds a nice natural flare to your scene. No vignetting or weird distortion to your image. It works for me

The effect is pretty cool, and it gives you that anamorphic look to light flares at night. Looks awesome on automotive headlights and street lighting. Build quality is nice and the threads are smooth. Price isn't bad either. If you're looking for a cool filter for automotive photography, this is a good one to check out. K&F makes some really nice photo/video gear!

This blue streak effect filter gives you the anamorphic flare look using non-anamorphic lenses. It is built well and includes a case. It also allows rotation of the flare filaments to match the desired angle. You want to use it with a wide aperture so that the flare filaments are not visible.
