A real bargin item that saves you lots of headaches when trying to use a large lens such as the Sigma 150 - 600mm contemporary to take shots where stability and ease of alignment is important. I previously was using a simple ball head and the lens was just too heavy.
The three adjustment knobs are a real dream to use, use can make large changes using the clutch knob and then fine tune with the knulrled knob. It even made night shooting so much better I could align on my target and know the lens would not drift.
Best bit of kit ive bought in a long while and the price was good too.

The gearhead itself is first class but a tripod head adaptor should be offered alongside it to enable enough height for the gearhead to operate as intended.

I use it for small product photography, it works great, easy to make small adjustments, that would be very difficult with a regular tripod head... works great!

Great service from Double O1. Omar provided amazing support when I needed to claim the warranty after having an issue with the item a few months after purchase. Item was replaced the same day. Highly recommended.
Regarding the K&F geared head, its an amazing tool and great value for money. If you do any photography that requires precise adjustments this is a must replacement for a standard ballhead.

These are great for stuff with a powerful zoom or anything really, its so easy to make precise adjustments, there is no going back to ball head or pan and tilt heads after using one of these.

K&F Concept 3-Way Geared Tripod Head is excellent for Macro photography. It's capable of fine incremental movement on the X-Y-Z axis for precise setup. The engineering and design is superlative. Ball and fluid heads are trial and error for setup, whereas gear positioning is precise, second to none when exact positioning is critical.
