I was disappointed when the tripod Head failed, but was pleased with the response from K&F with the item being replaced under warranty. The tripod head arrived promptly. The sign of a good company.

This geared head screams high quality in every corner.
The orange quick release rings are unexpectedly spring loaded though, rather the screwed.
Pros: This grant they never get loose, adding security and precision
Cons: the spring are quite strong, requiring some effort and with the risk of pinching your fingers
Overall I’d rate 6 STARS! ;)
