Purchased this bore scope to check the cylinder condition of my AMC 4.0. Removed the spark plugs and lowered the scope inside. Lighting and picture quality are perfect. With a little practice the scope is easy to pan up, down, and side to side. Seems to be well constructed and the carrying case is also a nice quality product. I would highly recommend this product.

I've wanted to get a new borescope for quite some time, but was waiting to find one that met all the requirements I had. I wanted something that had a long cable that's somewhat rigid yet still flexible, 1080P picture quality and the ability to move the camera when in position. This unit checked all those boxes and was well worth the price. I had pulled the dash on my truck to replace broken blend doors and the heater and evaporator core. While putting everything back in the truck a screw had fallen into the vents inside the dashboard and I could hear it rolling around while driving. After searching and searching, I was able easily find the screw and remove it with the magnet attachment that came with the borescope. The articulating head is a great feature and worked perfectly. The camera itself is very easy to use and the battery life is great. The only complaint I have is no matter how many times I change the date on it, the camera always changes itself to the incorrect date. Not really a big deal, but figured I'd mention that. I still would 100% recommend this borescope.

It’s great! The articulation of the camera is perfect for what I need it for! I’m in HVAC and heat exchanger inspections are so much easier. Would definitely purchase again in a heart beat

In fact, my husband was looking for something like this device for his work and he loved it. He was fascinated with the product. He really recommends it to be able to put his eyes under motors.

My wife got me this borescope for Christmas (it was on my "Wish List"). I am building an experimental airplane and working on an engine for the plane. It is a used engine, so I wanted to evaluate the condition of the cylinders and valves, especially the exhaust valves. This borescope and camera provide amazing details. I can see the valve face and edges very clearly, and the cylinder wall honing hash pattern from when the engine was new. The articulating feature made it easy to turn the camera back up toward the valves for the pictures and evaluation. The sump was off the engine, so I was able to get the camera up into the camshaft area. I was relieved to see that there was no corrosion on the cam lobes or tappets. Note that I had not yet set the date in the unit before I took these pictures, just too impatient to see what it could do! I did borrow a friend's borescope before I put this one on my wish list. The pictures were not nearly as clear, and that is why I was looking for a better borescope.
