First thing is that i only wrote this review based off of an after purchase review request promising 60 bucks in K&F Concept gift cards. However the review does not reflect any bias from this request.
Overall i was very pleased with this purchase. It allowed me to run a line through a very difficult existing outlet for an ethernet line. I ended up using a fishing line with a glow stick attached along with the boroscope to see where the line came down from above.
Once i found it with the scope it was a foot to the right of the hole and i put the hook on the ende to grab and pull the line through. After that i attached my cat 6 and completed the run. Very pleased. The only thing i wish was a little better is the outside coating. Although it seems fairly robust i can see it getting damaged down the line. Oh, i also really liked the 90 degree camera switch and button. If i hadnt had that i would have been hosed.

Dipped it in three feet of water and the camera quit. Bought a 3 foot replacement camera. Won't put it in the water again.

This camera is amazing and provides the exact picture you require when working behind walls. I just purchased a home and had no idea what was behind the wall in order to cut in and place a new TV on the built in wall unit. This camera saved me a lot of money and extra work. Both of my friends that assisted with the installation purchased their own camera after using my Teslog Camera.

Awesome borescope. Highly recommend if you are in the automotive world to NOT get teh longer cable, and stick with the 3.3' one.

So far it meets expectations. Is all about the resolution and the option of having the 90 degree camera. I was using one of those cheap ones that connect to your phone and the resolution was horrible. I like this one and is good value for the money.

Had a large concrete slab settle for no apparent reason.
Pest control had drilled into and through this 4" gutter drain numerous times. Happen to be under a concrete apron.
Great ability to reach in and see things that was once out of reach. Find the real problems first. Can cut diagnosis time and cost as well. A must in ones arsenal.

When I purchased this, I intended to use it for a specific task. That task was using it to look down the cavities of walls between studs. I soon found out that it could be used for so many other things. There are often times when you are unable to see things in tight spaces. Either you cannot reach your head in to get a look or there is a physical obstruction that does not allow you access. ALL THOSE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED WITH THE K&F Concept Inspection Camera!
Upon opening the box you will find the camera and camera head attached to the flexible cable fit perfectly. There is enough padding inside that the camera can survive a drop in the unfortunate case it does happen.
Attaching the cable to the handheld unit is simple. Be sure to look at the top of the cable which has a dot that will tell you where to line up the cable for insertion. Tighten the base like you would a coaxial cable and you are done.
Power on the unit and you are ready to go! The functions are simple enough. You have picture options, video and both of these save to the SD card that is included. I find it easier to lay the handheld monitor on the floor and watch the screen while I work the cable into the area I need it. There is also a handy flashlight that you turn on from under the handheld monitor giving you more light if you need to peer into an area quickly.
The camera head led light is adjustable also if you need to get a clear look at what you are looking at. You will definitely need this because the camera clarity is so clear that you may not know exactly what you are looking at but the led adjustment will help you.
Video playback is available on the handheld monitor and videos play sound also.
I never use it longer than 15 minutes so I cannot attest to the battery. I cannot imagine you would be needing to use this for extended periods of time. Overall, this is a handy item and if you remember you have it, you will remember to use it. This is one of the best purchases I have made on K&F Concept in years and the price is simply unbeatable.
