UPDATE: the company reached out to me and apologized for the problem. They gave me a full refund and when I purchased again, the product worked and is still working perfectly. Seems I just got a bad one at first.Original review: I plugged this into my phone and tested it right away, and it worked no problem. When I went to actually use it a few days later, despite the transmitter and mic being connected, charged, plugged in, everything, there is no sound when I try to record. It completely mutes my entire recording. It doesn’t appear to be pairing with my phone for whatever reason, as “DOCK” does not show up in my “About”. Really disappointed

My son really enjoys using the microphone, it gives you clear conversations and is easy to set up. Do recommend!

Rechargeable, good sound if you are making YouTube videos with your iPhone. Only drawback, I had to get extension plug because my phone has a protective case.

I accidentally dropped one mic and ever since that incident, the slightest movement makes that microphone rubbing against clothes sound... :(It's annoying especially as a full-time content creator when you have to redo your whole video...I like that it blocks out most sound and lasts a while, but had to deduct one star because that drop was not far from the ground...So whatever you do... don't drop that mic!

This is a perfect option for a general purpose use when using an iPhone for video presentations. Price was reasonable. Easy to use and seems to hold a charge well.

Awesome with sound and not picking up the extra noise in the back ground. Clarity is great as well!
