Love this video monitor, it’s an affordable price for this type of product, really glad it doesn’t need wifi, which makes it feel more secure, sets up in one minute, picture is clear and night vision is great.

Monitor stopped working after 3 months of normal use. Can see the screen but can’t hear any sound.

I used the monitor a few times for my granddaughter without a problem. Suddenly the monitor and camera will not connect unless they are 6" or less apart. I have contacted the company on several occasions - phone, email - but have not received any word from them.

The monitor is a good one, however, there are a couple of things to note about this product. The night vision is a little grainy as others have noted. However, the real issue is the ability to talk through the monitor as the voice that comes out has a very robotic voice to it and has a little sqweek that makes the sound not clear. The old monitor we had was amazing as the sound that came out was clear with a clear video as well. However, it became outdated and most companies stopped making that version. In addition, we wanted to be able to move the camera remotely which this camera has while the other one was stationary. As a result, the camera is a decent product, but does have flaws to it.

My son has cerebral palsy and is epileptic. This monitor has changed all of our lives. He can now have 'alone' time in his room (he is 13) and we (the caregivers, parents, siblings, etc) can have a little space too to do what we need to do in the rest of the house. The picture is clear enough to see if he is having even a little seizure. He will talk to the monitor (we call it The Robot, Monty - short for monitor) and tell me if he needs something and I can quickly respond with the two way audio. The screen adjusts to where he crawls or moves on the floor - so I can follow him as needed. I wish I had bought this sooner. :)

The picture is great, the ability to move the lens and zoom in is great, the price is great. The only dislike is the night vision is a bit hard to see. But the product is excellent.

The baby hasn't been born yet, but the parents-to-be seem very happy with the monitor. And I was AMAZED at the delivery time of the monitor. It was delivered to the couple's home within 24 hours of my ordering it, and I hadn't requested any rush delivery.

This has given me such piece of mind during nap times!! Baby is only 5 weeks old and we are too nervous to leave her in a room alone. However this thing is a god send. The image is so clear I can see her chest rising up and down! I also like that it gives a temp of the room as we worry about overheating her due to SIDS. Can’t speak for the battery life but it’s easy to plug in and keep close.

After 5 months of using it, it stopped charging. Also prior to that moment, it started to display the wrong temperature in the room.UPD: I am updating my review to add a note that I reached out to the customer service and they were really helpful (shout out to the customer rep Nancy). They asked to send a photo or video of the problem, I shot a video of the baby monitor not charging and they shipped me a new one the very next day. Adding stars for the customer service, will see if the new product lasts!
