I bought the other version (static camera, smaller screen) and like it a lot but found this larger one and absolutely love it! I got a second one of this model and had a problem with it. The company was very prompt to respond and fixed the issue immediately. Great customer service and a great product!

Great product! Video and audio are pretty great, and lullaby option has definitely helped! The first camera I got was a dud but they sent me a new one within the week! Quick customer service as well, they replied to my email with in 24 hrs. Thank you to Wendy who helped me!

So this camera is great. The sound quality is amazing, I can hear things in other rooms than the camera is in through the monitor. It picks up allNoises which is great with a baby. I can keep the monitor on low volume and hear just fine. I also like that the camera moves so it’s easy to adjust without having it enter the room. I do wish the monitor lasted longer when it is unplugged. But overall a good deal.

I wanted a camera system that was not connected to WIFI and could function with more than one camera. I love this system because all you have to do is plug the camera in and it connects. I two cameras and I'm constantly moving them throughout the house. They are also great if you have to travel and want to bring a camera along. I love the two way talk and the ability to move the camera lens from the monitor. The battery is not the greatest but I've had multiple cameras and this one is not as bad as some of the others I've used. The only negative I have is if you wish to mount the camera on the wall above the child's crib or bed it is inconvenient to have to worry about reaching a wall plug. I do not have this issue because I have the cameras sitting on their dressers but if you were looking for a mounted camera you would have to take the cord length into consideration.

Battery life on monitor could be better.. dies quickly. The real issue is camera just didn’t give a picture anymore..Only thing monitor is good for now is sound… it has only been a couple months so there is no reason for this.. it is passed return date which is kind of unfair.

I love it so much it is very convenient I love the two wave microphone and the nighttime vision is very clear as well as daytime it's a great investment do not hesitate to get this for the safety in the sake of your child

Great monitor that it allows you to rotate, talk, add music all at the screen you watch from.Things that would make this monitor great....Better distance. I loose connection about 30-40 feet outside my back door.Make the base of this rechargeable as well... If you use this only inside it is fine. I would love to be able to take the whole thing with us out and about, but have to have an outlet for the base.Overall for nap time inside, this is so much better than nothing!!!!

This camera is great and works well, I love the picture quality, it has an Eco mode to preserve battery life and the day and light mode switches automatically. I also like that it tells the room temperature to prevent extreme temperature range for the Baby’s room.The voice back sound is very loud and clear.Ultimately, my experience with the customer service personnel is beyond expectations, I contacted them for an issue and the way they resolved it is commendable, thorough and very professional.Overall Great Product! Definitely Buy!Great for gifting too!
