saw the K&F Concept T254A4 and wanted it. I didn't know why until then, but the desire was there! Why? The swiveling center bridge just smiled at me and I could already imagine a lot of cool shoots that you could do with it and I wanted to try that. Summary for those who don't want to read everything: Processing - very good and solid. Functions - very extensive and can be used for many purposes (product photography, shootings at eye level, ground-level shots, etc.). Value for money - Totally justified and in my opinion it can compete with the big brands. Now comes the somewhat more detailed report divided into individual points. 1. Functionality, size, weight: The tripod clearly shines with its variety of uses. As a tripod or monopod. As a normal 1.86 m tripod (with ball head and double extended center bar) or with an extension arm for more difficult positions (e.g. macro shots). The maximum height surprised me a bit positively, since the description only mentions 1.69 m. I suspect that the second center column, which is responsible for swiveling, or the ball head are not taken into account in the measurement. In any case, it's a pretty impressive amount. This diversity is also reflected in the weight. Mine weighed a whopping 1.98kg. My old BC-Master TA333 weighed just 1.4 kg. But quality and variety has its price. For this reason I see it more as a tripod for shootings than for travel. 2. Pivoting center column The pivoting of the center column by 90° is really ingenious. Especially if you want to take photos from above from time to time. This makes it much easier to get to the position you want without having the annoying tripod legs in the picture. Perfect!! But please make sure that your legs are extended far enough so that your camera does not tip over due to its weight. 3. Ball head: The ball head with panorama function looks very large and solid. The ball joint runs very comfortably and is firmly in place as soon as you tighten it. My camera didn't move an inch (although it was almost upside down). I have never used the panorama function before, but it is much more dampened, which allows smooth movement. I didn't notice any jerking. 4. Quick-release plate: The supplied quick-release plate has two pins that secure it against falling out to the side. But other records also fit on it, such as my “Mengs QR 60”. The quick-release fastener on the tripod is made of metal - thank God. This was not the case with my old BC-Master tripod, which always gave me a bit of a headache. A big plus for that! 5. Tripod legs The tripod legs are equipped with screw caps, which means that it cannot be extended as quickly as with folding caps, but it is much more stable. Anyone who has ever seen the snap locks on a "cheap" tripod knows what I'm talking about. But with the legs I have a little criticism. The detents on the articulated joints of the three tripod legs (red metal levers) seem a bit "loose" to me when they are operated, as they are held in position by a spring mechanism. I'm concerned that they might break at some point. But once they're hooked in, they're tight and won't wobble. Then it's okay again. Conclusion: I am super happy with my new tripod. It does its job perfectly and I'm sure I'll have something of it for a long time to come. I bought and paid for the K&F Concept T254A4 as usual via Amazon, but I get the money refunded as a product tester. As always, my opinion remains independent and honest. John from Photoscrubs

Since I have bought a number of K&F Concept products in the past and have always been pleasantly surprised by the fantastic quality and low price of the products, I also bought the K&F Concept T254A4 tripod. The previous experiences could definitely confirm this tripod. The tripod is super processed and consists of a stable material, the feet and the quick release plate are equipped with rubber and the tripod has many functions, such as that you can easily turn the tripod into a monopod for flexible and to enable precise snapshots. Such setting options can otherwise only be found with providers that are about twice as expensive. In addition, the tripod comes in a bag, which makes it easier to transport the tripod on vacation or for a shoot, since the tripod has a corresponding weight due to its high quality, the bag makes transporting it a lot easier. Conclusion: The tripod is built to a very high standard, and in terms of price it is a very good option for beginners as well as professional photographers. The versatile functions ensure a wide range of possible applications. TOP tripod, I can only recommend it!

Processing is top! Stability is also great if you have aligned your legs! Weight is more than ok even for a longer walk! What can I tell you about that, it doesn't wobble, it also holds larger systems (4 kg tested) and you can use it to take photos or record your videos from any position. The locks on the legs take a little getting used to, but they do what they are supposed to do and reliably. The ball head is also robust and, thanks to the quick-release plate supplied, holds your equipment without having to worry that something will fall off. I am more than happy. Usual quality from K&F Concept. I like to buy from this manufacturer.

Leaves nothing to be desired This tripod really offers the right solution for every situation, it can be used incredibly flexibly. No matter whether macro shots from the ground or even from a working height of 2 meters. The assembly proves to be super easy, with one hand all feet on one leg can be loosened at the same time and with a little skill they can be fixed again very quickly. I like to use the K&F carbon tripod for travel, but the working height is not enough for normal everyday life, so I also decided on this one here. Advantages of the tripod - very quick and easy to set up - incredibly stable, even with attached accessories - working height of 2 meters can be reached - macro shots close to the ground possible - monopod also available - 360° shots thanks to smooth rotations - vertical and horizontal absolutely super Support - even a 90° angled attachment tube is available for absolute flexibility - rubber feet that can also be unscrewed - Arca-Swiss plate with two additional notches for even safer work In addition, there is of course the absolutely high-quality transport bag with separate carrying straps, which you cannot, however must use. The tripod can be converted up-side-down in a few simple steps and the camera can be fixed from below, so you really get down to the ground, a very practical function in the forest when photographing mushrooms. You can't always get around the corners with the tripod, but the function of rotating the leg by 90° and attaching the camera to the end of the leg helps immensely. It can be steplessly adjusted in height and has 3 options when locking, which can be adjusted simply by "pressing" the aluminum plate and moving the leg up or down accordingly. When folded it is very compact, as the tripod head is hidden between the legs and does not look out on the other side. I previously used the Cullman Nanomax tripods, both the tripod and the monopod, which I no longer need. The function of removing a leg from the tripod and using it as a monopod is absolutely amazing. Had my doubts at first that it wouldn't prove to be that practical and might take too long to convert, but I love this feature! I've been using the tripod for a little over a month now and don't want to be without it anymore. It is definitely not suitable for traveling and stowing in small luggage bags, but that's what the small travel tripods are for.

Hello, I've been looking for a tripod that meets my high requirements for a long time and now I've found it. The K&F Concept T254A4 tripod camera travel tripod photo tripod camera tripod aluminum with 90 degree center column monopod function 169cm is just a dream for every photographer you can't complain about it but now to my main points. Processing: Honestly? The processing is just great I think the aluminum is just great in the hand it is so light and handy that you can't say anything my Canon EOS 750D just holds really well on the tripod. The screws and the threads work unbound. The carrying case and box also look well made with the tripod, it's just a pleasure to work with and look at. Handling: For me it is simply important that the tripod is small and light, so that I can take it with me somewhere quickly. It's just so light, the carrying bag that comes with it does its job perfectly, it fits like a glove and you can quickly take the tripod anywhere. Features: The conversion options are simply perfect with this tripod, the tripod can be converted from a tripod to a one-foot in seconds and that is just really well suited for landscape photography where you sometimes don't have much space. The rotating and panning heads are still the topping on the cake, so to speak you can quickly turn the camera in any direction without having to move the tripod and risking it shaking. When I didn't have a tripod yet, I unfortunately had to realize what it's like to take pictures without the camera standing perfectly, now I can use it freely. Conclusion: As a hobby photographer, I am simply enthusiastic about this tripod and will use it for a long time. I can simply recommend it to anyone who likes to take photos and wants a small, light and compact tripod, because then this tripod with the carrying bag is just perfect.

Tripod comes in a nice carrying bag from a good material.
The product is designed to take as less space as possible - big plus.
I not a big fan of the rounded leg locks but those feels sturdy.
The maximum hight is above my eye level - Im 1.75m.
I like the versatility of the ballhead with the extending middle pole. You can put it in a 90 degree and do food photography for example.
The head itself with the plate are not on a professional level but Im not a pro and it keeps it compact and that is a big consideration for me. Pro head can easily cost 1.5- 2 times more than this whole package so Im very happy with the cost.
If you are into monopods then there is a leg you can unscrew and put the head on.
Recommended indeed.

The tripod seems very stable so far and is made of high-quality materials. The minimum height is a bit too high for me if you move your arm sideways (horizontally). A little heavy but definitely lighter - great value for money

Use this as my main tripod in my podcast studio. Feel confident enough to take it out in the field.
