Never got the protection plan on the two-way radios that I was to receive in the mail otherwise the product is great and would recommend it.

They work well as long as you are in line of site, the real drawback is the low battery charge or high power consumption coupled with short battery life.

They work great for large areas over great distances. Using for electric vehicle race team all over the track.

So far they work well, only problem I've had so far is one of the Chargers are not charging them one radio will not work without headset plan on buying another set worth the money

We use them for camping and with 6 we can share them with each family we go out with. Signal only good for about a mile in the woods but it is what we need.

I use them on our off-road go karts and work great.they reach about a quarter of a mile. Would buy them again.

bought for internal fire dept communications. work well so far... very versatile and pretty tough. buttons are small and sometimes hard to operate with gloves on
