He did a great job of getting us back online
We purchased this camera a few years ago to have security for our house and also to keep an eye on our dogs while we are gone. We have 24 hr access to the camera from our cell phones. When our wifi changed we had problems restarting and called customer service. Evan Lyman was the service rep and was very helpful (and very patient) while refiguring the camera. He did a great job of getting us back online! Now we can leave the house for a while and keep on eye on things! Thanks Amcrest!

Opened up my net gear genie, found the device and setup was painless. Just followed the instructions. Great signal booster for WiFi. Would buy again

Compact little unit, does its job well
We use this to record audio while making videos with our iPhone. It is more versatile than the phone mic, and the resulting sound quality is better. It seems to pick up audio much better than the phone mic. We use this on our iPhone 13 Pro Max, which had no trouble at all recognizing the mic. Overall, we like this mic and recommend it as a great, affordable solution for great quality audio.

Would buy again.
I love the fast setup without wifi. The standard cables (micro USB cables come handy again) make this easy to charge anywhere at home. The camera can easily be moved to a different spot (bassinet, crib, Moses basket, etc). The temperature reading does not seem accurate or is influenced by the camera’s operating heat.The camera came with a card stating that if I emailed Eufy I could get warranty extension or a crib mount which is great. Got the warranty extension and asked them to pay for the crib mount which is reasonably priced.Would definitely recommend this solution.

Reliable
Very easy to hook up to WiFi. Picture is great. Motion picks up movement and immediately sends alerts. No wires to hook up. Highly recommend this product.

Excellent choice
Purchased for the entire office. Great picture and excellent audio. Great value for the price. Purchased over 20 of these and couldn't be happier.

Owned about a week so far its great!
It doesn't take much to be impressed when you go from a cheap camera with no features and the parent console can't hold a charge to this new camera and console unit with great features!Only owned and used about a week but I'm very impressed. Gets good reception through multiple walls. No interference with wifi. I love that I can change the camera angle from the parent console.I do question the temperature in the babes room. It seems to be reading on the high side.. But it's minor and I wouldn't depend on it with 100% accuracy.

Works great for Ziplining!
I purchased this camera as I was going ziplining for the first time and it did not disappoint. Some of the reviews I read state that the audio is muffled when the camera is enclosed in the waterproof case but as the ziplines were going over water in places I wanted to be safe with my new camera and put it in the waterproof case. The audio wasn't muffled at all. It was clear as day to me. A professional may say that it is but hey this isn't a blockbuster Hollywood movie. It's just a fun video memory for my personal use. The price of the camera didn't break the bank either so in my opinion it was more than worth it to me.
