Nice Camera, weak battery
I really like the camera but am a bit disappointed in the battery life.I use it on my bike and keep the camera on, but not recording most of the time. Even in this mode, the battery usually dies half-way through my ride...Good picture quality and easy to put files on the computer afterwards.

Great camera, battery depletes
The first thing I started having issues with is battery, it last 12min on 4k60fps we tried different setting but it is difficult to extend the battery. We will need to replace batteries and contact the seller soon. 4k is nice on the camera, catches license plates and illegal stuff at moderate speed.

Great camera, bad battery
I love the GoPro Hero 8. But the battery the came with it doesn't work, it's fully charged but, when it's in the camera it shows 'no battery' (I had it plugged in). The aftermarket batteries I got work perfectly.

Good Value
The twin pack arrived and the micro SDs perform as you would expect them to. These were a somewhat better buy for capcity vs price and at least at this time work as well as similar product from better known brand. Presumably Micro Center is private labeling someone else's product.

Action cam
The camera took good video, only problem was the battery cover was lost during battery swap.

Don't expect great quality images
I bought this for my daughters (4 and 6) to take on a trip - I didn't have a lot of time to research so I didn't want to spend too much. This was the 2nd camera I bought (1st one had even worst quality images) and it served its purpose. The images are DEF not the promised resolution - they are like a webcam quality. Best images at medium to short distance in broad daylight and most are grainy. The colors aren't the best, anything too close or too far will be very grainy.Summary:PROs: cheap, durable, fairly easy for kids to use, fits lots of SDs, came with SD camera, long battery life, videos OKCONS: poor image quality, no selfie camera, not the most intuitive functionality of menu and tools

good camera except for battery
This camera works well. It has clear picture and surprisingly good audio for the size. I really like the fact that it is waterproof. I give it 4 stars due to the battery not being replaceable which limits recording time when you are out using it. Instead of being able to change a battery and keep going, you will have to recharge the camera before using it again. I am sure this probably has to do with keeping the camera waterproof but it would be nice to be able to swap out a battery.Pros:good video qualitygood sound qualityvery small and easy to transport, easy to wear on multiple mounts.waterproofaffordableCons:non replaceable batteryrecording time is about an hour realistically

Great battery outdoor camera
This is the second type of outdoor cameras I've bought. I definitely like this one the best. Easy setup and great operation. Would have bought a second one, but amazon raised the price on the exact camera.
