Disappointed
The camera itself was easy to set up and use but requires a subscription to allow it to save clips to see who triggered the alert. The alert notification was very slow to use live camera. Guests are at the door before the notification alerts. I have fiber optic wifi so it is fast. Very disappointed that the subscription is required. USB thumb drive is needed to save local clips but not as easy to use as the subscription.

Does the job!
Easy to set up and works perfectly to give me a wired connection through the WiFi where I needed one.

It works as advertised and cost is reasonable all
With we being pretty non-techy, you guided us with installation and it extended our WiFI to right where we needed it in a new addition to our home. Thanks.

Peace of mind!
We have a wifi monitor and one night it disconnected and we didn't hear our baby woke up. That only needed to happen once for me to decide I needed something more reliable. I love this!

Works fine
Works great for what I needed it for. I like that it can connect with usb as well as WiFi for when I need to use it away from the computer.

Assisted In The WiFi Connection I needed
Recently had purchased RING cameras for my front and back door. Since my WiFi was located at the front of the house my RING door bell at the back door was not getting the signal it needed to pick up motion like it should and thus created delayed and broken up pixel pictures for monitoring.The Chime Pro added the extra strength needed to have my RING camera function properly and also added a doorbell that my older home did not have. I’m very happy with my purchase, it did exactly what it was made to do. Highly recommend.
