Feels really well built
So I got this for when I go hiking/bird watching with my friend. He's got his own DSLR equipment, with telephoto lenses and all, which leaves me trying to spot the bird with my bare eyes. But anyways, the scope feels really well built, easy to carry, easy to focus.

Big improvement over camera's flash
Once I set this up and began using it, there was a noticeable improvement in the overall quality of my photos. I should have purchased this when I got my camera.

The customer service for this company is PHENONOMA
I love my machine ( I also have an iphone and alexa) and I could use my other devices for sounds but I just like the dedicated machine for my sleep. What I really love is the customer service I have received. My cord got wrecked by my robo vacuum and I emailed the company and got a response with the hour and the replacement cord with in a few days. Amazing Right? Well unfortunately they sent the wrong cord and when I emailed them that the cord didn't work, before I finished my email, I got a call from customer service and they apologized for sending the wrong cord and are sending me a new one. I wish this was the way of the world. Kudos
