Works great but has 360 degree rotation and conducts with lens hood
It works great on my 25 mm F1 .7 Lumix lens.Pros:Easy to install, simply screw onSimply twist the filter to desires settingHas Min and Max indicators with dots in the middle to designate levels of darknessCons:-Does not stop at Max or Min settings like other filters I have. It spins 360 degrees.-I can't use simultaneously with my lens hood. I have to put on the lens hood, followed by the filter, or... use the filter, with no lens hood. The lens hood won't fit over the filter.

EASY INSTALLATION, GOOD AMOUNT OF LIGHT
PUT THESE INSIDE THE HOOD ABOVE MY STOVE TOP AND THESE ARE FAR BRIGHTER THAN THE BULP THAT CAME WITH THE HOOD!

Great WA Zoom
Really great lens, love it, the clarity and depth of field is second to none. However, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the supplied lens hood gives slight vignetting at the 17mm focal length range; otherwise it very happy with my purchase.

Effectively quieted an AKDY range hood!
Used this stuff to dampen panel vibrations in an AKDY 30" wall mount range hood. It took 9 sq. ft. of the mat to line the stainless sheet metal that extended from the hood to the ceiling, and the range hood went from annoyingly noisy to acceptable.

Good IQ, light but annoying and noisy barrel movem
Great image quality and build, I didn’t care for the lens extending when focusing, I kept knocking it. I wish there was a hood that can attach to the body so I can hold it without obstructing the barrel

Easy to install, adds power and sound with Airaid
This filter combined with an Airaid MRT helped my 2004 Tahoe make a little more power and sound like it has a V8 under the hood! The filter fit nicely and should provide plenty of filtration for this daily driver.

Better than Factory
This air filter not only filters the air for the car better, it took longer to open the hood on my 2019 Civic than it did to install. The 1,000,000 mile / 10 year warranty is also amazing

Save some money and stop throwing away filters
Just installed this but it feels much sturdier than the regular filters and fits perfect. Should last a long time and pay for itself in a year or two. Comes with a sticker to notify anyone under the hood that the filter is not to be replaced. Easy swap for anyone, even people like me who do not work on cars

Excellent protection from flare and knocks
The ES-68 is a locking bayonet hood designed for the

Canon EF 50 1.8 STM

. It offers protection from glare, raindrops and the occasional stray doggie nose.It fits snuggly in the groove, twisting on with a firm and confident feel. The lock prevents the hood from working loose due to rubbing or light whacks. To release, simply press the lock tab and turn. Fit and finish are excellent: quality plastic, fingerprint resistant matte black exterior and flat black interior to nix reflections (paint, not rayon flocking). Plus, the exterior finish is perfectly matched to the EF 50 1.8 STM lens. The hood can be reverse mounted for compact storage. Why buy the ES-68 when generic metal hoods are available at a fraction of the price? The EF 50 1.8 STM uses a nested barrel that extends during focus. Attaching a generic hood to the filter threads of the nested barrel is risky since a frontal blow or pressure might damage the focus mechanism. The ES-68 attaches to the main (outer) barrel, thereby protecting the protruding inner barrel from impact and pressure. The ES-68 works great but is a bit pricy when you consider that Canon omitted rayon flocking and moved production offshore (Malaysia) to reduce costs. However, after shooting without a hood for two months, I'm relieved to stop being careful with the front element and fiddling with a lens cap.
