Great tripod. I highly recommend it.
 This tripod is a must have for photographers. It is built well. The 360-degree head makes it very easy to put your camera in virtually any position. It can also be adjusted to just a monopod. It is easy to open and set up. It stays locked in any position you place it in. It comes with a nice carrying case to carry it around. I've included a short video to show how to set it up. It is definitely worth its price.
