Don't use distilled water in this.
Water started pumping out of the unit when turned on. I called support, and worked my way up to Keurig consumer care. I told the person what was going on, they suggested using spring, or filtered water. It seems like there is a sensor in the units that look for minerals in water. I poured some filtered water in the reservoir, turned it back on and it started to work right again, that was two weeks ago, still no other issues.

This is our 4th Keurig. Expect about 4-5 years life, and descale every 100 cups or so. I remove the unnecessary filter as those tend to cause operational problems later and aren't needed as the water we use is filtered. Machine works much better w/o them. They are a waste of money IMO if you use filtered water..

Better than the old reusable K-cups
These are better than the ones I ordered a couple of years ago. Better tasting filtered coffee and easier to clean

on my bike the oil is filtered better and stays cleaner longer becuase of this filter. better then the factory suzuki filter bought from the dealer.

Love the Filtered Reservoir
This is my third Keurig coffee maker and not because any broke, in fact I have given the others away so I could upgrade. I bought this one mostly for its small footprint on the kitchen counter and that it has a water reservoir AND IT HAS FILTER!! I got rid of my Brita water filter carafe and made more room in the fridge. I also love that reservoir easily comes off (with a built in handle) for easy filling. Also love the super fast heating of the water so a cup of coffee is ready in around a minute from a cold start.

Great coffee maker
Customers need to know that the unit will not work long if at all with filtered water like zero water. It is designed for tap water.
