Carry your Life with you
I've had this camera bag for approximately 2-3 months. It delivered on time which is always a positive. I really like all the compartments in it.On the outside you have a small pouch that can hold extra cards or ever a small wallet, as well on the same side there is a tripod holder with adjustable strap to tighten/loosen as required. On the front of the bag there is a vertical zipper; wouldn't recommend putting large bulky objects here mostly like camera wipes, or snacks. Opening the bag up you'll find on the removable compartment area, you can simply store two (2) cameras, I managed to get 3-4 lenses (depending on their sizes). On the 'leaf' part of the bag there are two more storage compartments, one is meant to hold a laptop - its a perfect fit for my macbook air but I think other laptops may fit just if they aren't bulky, and the second compartment is a zippered storage .Overall If you're looking for a comfortable over the shoulder bag I'd recommend it, I'm thinking of getting a second one.By accident I ripped the chest strap clip because I pulled to hard - but it looks like i can fix it.

Great looking and sturdy Tripod/Monopod
I've had many tripods in my time, from cheap and flimsy to super heavy with geared heads. This one is my new favorite. Very high quality and the very small size when folded is terrific. I'm really more of a flip lock guy rather than the twist locks, but that is really just a matter of getting used to the twist locks. They work perfectly. Only negative I would think of is when the camera is mounted in the vertical orientation, movement is somewhat limited because the tighten knob for the plate interferes with the adjustment knobs on the head. So far it has been no issue in practical use, but it might be some day. I love the versatility of the tripod. The monopod function is terrific, and I have used the table top function with small, point and shoot cameras.Overall I am very pleased with it. I choose the carbon fiber not so much because it is lighter than the aluminum because it is only slightly lighter, but simply because it is very attractive looking and the carbon fiber feels very good in the hands compared to aluminum.

Perfect Addition to my Manfrotto Monopod
Had previously purchased an Oben ball head to use on my Manfrotto 680B monopod but found it just wasn't heavy duty enough to handle my Canon with its longer lenses mounted. The weight of that combination caused the ball head to slip even when a lot of pressure was applied to the tensioning knob. So based on a few reviews, I thought I would try this Sinnofoto R1. Just after one use I could tell this unit was far superior. The materials and workmanship are better, the ball glides in the socket, and pressure on the tension knobs (one for ball and one for head rotation) is significantly more precise. The arca-swiss style mounting plate feels much more substantial and secure than the Oben quick-release plate. Fits and looks great on the 680B monopod. For the money, on first use, this rig seems to meet my needs quite well.

Who said it doesn't fit on a 3/8-16 male?
The one thing that slowed me down to purchase this item were reviews that it was not truly threaded for 3/8-16. Guess what? Not all reviewers know what they're talking about.IT FITS A 3/8-16!!!! I bought this to convert my Giottos MM 9180 monopod which has a 3/8-16 male to mobile lightstand that can be held by a friend when doing portraits. It works nicely with the Profoto RFi Speedlight Speedring & Profoto RFi Softbox 1.3'x2'. It also fits with a generic or branded umbrella holders for lightstands. And to prove that it wasn't luck that it fit the monopod, I also tried the Manfrotto stud on my Vanguard 263AT tripod. And it fits, too. Not only that but the thread pitch of the Manfrotto is perfect for the U.S. 3/8-16 screw. So if you have a tripod or monopod that's just sitting around...this is an inexpensive solution to have a lightstand for your speedlights. Highly recommended!

Hands free Holder
This is a versatile strap that has a variety of uses. On my last shoot, I attached it to my monopod. Not only was that one less thing to carry, It was so comfortable that I didn't feel its presence. Thanks!
