Best value for money! A clear buy recommendation in the low-price segment!
Excellent tripod for the price!
I bought it as a second tripod for my Canon C80 B-series camera, in addition to my Sachtler FlowTech Aktiv 6. So, I'm quite spoiled when it comes to tripods – my Sachtler is about 15 times more expensive. Of course, the Sachtler is better, no question, but the K&F VA3 + BV20 does an excellent job! The build quality is solid, the fluid head is really smooth – something you don't usually find in this price range. Compared to SmallRig tripods in the same category, the K&F feels much more premium and better made.
If I had to find two things to criticize, it would be the stepless adjustment of the resistance – I prefer fixed steps – and metal eyelets instead of plastic on the carrying strap of the bag. However, these are minor complaints at this price point.
