PRO's:• Excellent build quality.• Strong magnet holds securely.• Includes an additional metal ring that can be installed onto anything that doesn't natively have a magnetic surface.• Hinges move smoothly and hold their position well. Also includes an hex key to adjust the tension if necessary.• 1/4" screw hole works great for mounting on selfie sticks and mini tripods, while the cold shoe mount worked great on my other tripods.CON's:• None
