Solid, versatile tripod for $40?!!!
Liked:
Solid construction. Alloy frame, durable plastics (also like the foam surrounds for grip)
Versatility and control. Feet are on rubber ball joints. Crazy height and leg adjustments. Tightening knobs are easy to adjust.
Compact size.
Accessories, the phone holder, spare quick release plate, remote trigger (bluetooth), and the bag are great.
Tooless tightening screw for the quick release.

Didnt love (but didn't affect my score overall):
Slight trace of left over material from tapping threads on one of the legs. I just pulled it out with tweezers.
The screw for the quick release plate can unscrew all the way out (unlike the Sony one but the Sony is a pain to tighten. Considering they provide an entire spare quick plate, that's ok.

Under $40. Absolutely would recommend.
