I have occasionally tried some non-Canon Batteries to save a little money, but in the long run they usually end up being substandard.

This one raised my curiosity enough to try it out.

So far what I have found is that is seems to work as good as the original canon batteries that I have with my R6 and R7. It can be charged using the regular canon charger or with just a USB-c cable. With the regular charger it charges exactly like the original canon batteries and is correctly read by the camera. The charge rate is about 2 hours and the R7 can shoot 1332 shots and the battery will read at 52%. The camera can sit for a week without use and maintain charge at 50%.

Using a USB-C charger a little red light is displayed during charge. After an hour and a half the light was still being displayed but the battery showed a full charge and zero shots taken.

My first impressions after using it for a couple weeks are that it seems to work better than most off brand batteries. It charges quickly and fully and holds that charge well.

I can find no reason not to give it 5 stars. I will update this review if, and when, it becomes unacceptable.
