Runs as expected
Even in cloudy conditions, the solar cells still provide enough voltage to use the USB sockets. In the sun, the DC output also achieves good values, between 17v and the promised 18v when idle. I didn't measure the current because I was worried about overloading the input with the ammeter. But the charging process was quick on a power bank!
