Works well for what I need it for
Got as a gift. Too many turn it downs and with headphones on it's hard to hear if someone says something from another room. It's surprising how loud it is at your head a quiet a short distance away. They serve the purpose and reasonably priced.

Great quality! Affordable price! Best way to sleep
This is by far the best sound machine out there! It is compact, lightweight and affordably priced. There are multiple sounds to choose from and the simple design makes it easy to control the timer and volume. This sound machine is great for keeping my baby asleep through the night and helps cancel out the rest of the noise throughout the house during the daytime. My son got used to the sound of my air conditioner during the summer months and would never stay soundly asleep for more than a few hours when I didn't have the a.c. running. This was a huge problem for me because I knew I couldn't leave my a.c. on during the colder months. I tried having just a fan facing away from him at night for the similar sound effect, but my fan wasn't nearly as loud as my air conditioner was. So, I figured I'd invest in a sound machine. Let me tell you, this sound machine has been a life saver! It was well worth purchasing! I highly recommend this product for anyone in need of help keeping a baby asleep or soothing yourself at night for a restful sleep.

Perfect Product, Perfect Execution, Buy it!
We purchased this lock to replace our Kevo Smartlock. The Kevo was painfully bad and never worked. The August Smart Lock Pro is has been the complete opposite, it’s incredible. Paired with the August keypad, the system has been flawless. The lock alerts us when we leave and automatically unlocks the door at arrival. Paired with the keypad, I can give my cleaners their own code that tracks via the log in the app as well as through notifications.HomeKit integration has been flawless. Simply tell Siri to lock or unlock the door and the command instantly turns the lock. Finally, the new in door sensor has been reliable and incredible. We have a door that constantly hangs barely open. We chose to install the sensor using the drill method which produces a flush barely there mount. Even when our door is barely open, the sensor accurately represents the status. We knew the Kevo was horrible, but never in our wildest dreams did we think the August could be this good, this useful, and this practically featured. This product and it’s companion keypad are worth every penny we spent and then some. Well done August!

As brite as my old mercury vapor light!
In the mid 1980's I installed a Mercury Vapor GE 150 Watt Yard Light for security and late day work purposes in the garage yard. I remember the $1 a day claim and felt replacing the 1940's vintage switched incandescent hooded light was worth it. Well the LED technology that has now matured seemed like a good way to reduce my monthly costs but I was very concerned that this would provide the same brightness and coverage as what I was replacing because the flood path included buildings across the road here. The hardware to mount was not conducive to mounting to the old 2x4 arm protruding 3 ft from the peak of the building but once I "farmered" that and had it all up I was ready for the nite time test. I have to say that I am impressed so far. the illumination is bright(if not brighter) and covers every bit as much area. I have been running it for 3 months now and the savings on my electric bill will more that pay for this by the end of the next billing cycle. I can speak to it lasting a quarter of a century as the old GE one has. One last thing, we hit 22 below zero last month and this had no issues what soever.

Excellent Value WINDOW Mount
For the price, this is a great hands-free car mount. It was extremely easy to setup. The only complaint as far as the device goes is that it doesn’t stick to the dash well; I could only get it to stick to the window. But for the price, I can work with that.It locks the phone in place by applying a tiny bit of pressure to your phone, and to release you simply push on the two latches on the sides of the device; it’s as simple as that. There is an open area at the bottom allowing room for a charging cable and tilts many directions and can shift from left to right so you can set the perfect position for your phone.I tried several different iphones, both regular and plus sized, each with a different style and thickness of phone cases on them, from a skin to an otter box, to make sure it can fit each one, and it does. It is truly universal. Finally, a small issue, but worth mentioning. When I received my order, the exterior of the package was fine, but the product box inside was all ripped up, indicating it was sent from the warehouse this way. It looked as if someone had already purchased and returned it. That was a little disappointing, especially if I had wanted to give this as a gift.

Worked for 02 TJ w/ mods
I have an 02 TJ X w/ the center console factory subwoofer. Basically you pull out the factory speaker, hook the red and black wire to the new speaker, disregard the two other wires, cut for clearance and use self tapping screws to mount. When you pull the factory speaker out, there will be some plastic mold lines that will come in contact with the back of the speaker. You will have to trim it with some diagonal cutters or a dremel. I have a dremel and it took about 5 min. Basically, keep trimming until the speaker sits in flush. You will also need two wire connectors to hook up to the new speaker. They will be the red ones that slide over the blade type connector. If you have an aftermarket radio and are having issues with the speaker coming online, make sure the blue wire on your electrical harness of your radio is hooked to the signal wire, so the factory amp will have power. The speaker sounds great. It’s not rear view mirror vibrating bass, but it provides some much needed bass to the factory setup. I had thought about installing a 10” behind the back seat, but I think I’m content with this. Definitely worth breaking out the tools for.

Came here just to leave a review after 2 years
I purchased two of these in May of 2020. Mine just died. I'm here to buy more and to leave a much deserved positive review. My daughter's is still working though it doesn't get the use mine did.My toilet area is always dark as it's separate from the rest of the bathroom and I get up a zillion times a night, EVERY night due to lovely heat surges (hot flashes) and full bladders. Glowy never let me down. I expected him to die at least a year ago but he kept shining away wonderfully until his demise (RIP Glowy). I always preferred the transition setting. The brightness was always JUST right; bright enough to see what I was doing, but not so much that i was subjected to so much light making it difficult to fall asleep again. So I'm back. These little lights are super inexpensive. I'm ok with simply replacing them with the same product after a solid two years and no battery changes. I feel like I got more than my money's worth!

Kind of Good but BEWARE
I was excited about this purchase. I got it on prime day for the low. I like the look and feel. I wanted a speaker that I could wear, this one fits the bill. I have not tried it out running, biking, or skating, but walking, it's pretty convenient. The surround sound is amazing and it linked up to the phone seamlessly.I do have complaints. I do not like the voice feature. It's not torture but they could have done without it. The sound volume is adequate, I guess you don't want it too loud as it's speakers right under your ear. The hugest complaint is what has been mentioned in other posts. THE SOUND DISTORTS HEAVILY when you play anything with deep base. It's to the point where the music is not worth listening to. If you listen to rap or anything with deep drum rolls, beware.Someone posted to use the EQ and change it to bass reducer. That has seemed to help. I also like the voice vocal boost. I will give it another couple of days and determine if I ant to keep this thing. I like it but for now, I can't get over the horrible sound quality.

Impressive little speaker with great battery life
I'm going to compare this to my UE Boom 2 which I've had for years and its twice as tall/heavy as this little guy.The XB13 is definitely not as loud the Boom, but its pretty close. The Boom also has more bass. Like, lots more. The Sony really, really lacks in that department, and I'm not sure they could have done anything about it given its small form factor. However, including literally the uppercase word "BASS" in the product title here is why I dropped a star. They aren't fooling anyone about this thing actually having bass.Still, as an ultra-portable speaker that can put out some serious volume, and a battery that lasts for hours on end (I've used it for the better part of a day and it never died; not sure how long it truly lasts), this speaker is fantastic. The sound quality, too, is super crisp - it puts out quality sound. So, I'd say go for this if you're looking for both portability and quality, but bass and loudness aren't your top priorities. And for the ~$55 price point, this speaker is more than worth it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
