My headsets came with the volume as high as it can go. The volume slider thing does not work. The only way to get SD card to work is to remove it, put it back in. The instructions come in like 40 diff languages, one or two paragraphs in English.It hurts your ears because the slider volume control does not work. Poor design, redesign these and have someone that is going to use them have some input, not just an engineer just they think its cool to have a slide volume control that does not work who will never use them ever.
