Good inexpensive solution for family members forge
Got this so my kiddos can’t lock themselves out for forgetting their keys. If you e ever replaced a doorknob before, this is pretty easy to install. Took me 15 minutes. No problem programming key codes. I gave it 4 out of 5 because the thing has extra unneeded buttons that aren’t described in the tiny booklet that comes with. I had to call kwikset and sit on hold for 25 minutes to have a csr tell me those A and B buttons aren’t for that model. Still a good product. I even rekeyed to match my existing house key. Piece of cake!

Great lock at a reasonable price!
I replaced the lock on my front door and have wanted a touch pad for a long time. Other brands require you to purchase a gateway separately, but this one comes with it. Great features allowing you to set codes for multiple family members and be able to view when they actually open the door. You can also open remotely in an emergency. When having people house sit, or watch your animals, you can set temporary codes that expire when you want them to so they don’t have permanent access. Overall, a great product. I had to call support to help with electronic features of the door, and they called me back the same day I sent an email. They are 12 hours ahead of Florida, so it was an evening call, but very helpful! I would recommend this product and would buy again!

RE: Solid quality product
My original monitor went wonky on me, and I replaced my old VGA to VGA cable. Didn't help.I then thought using a HDMI to VGA would solve all my problems. But I discovered my optional HDMI computer socket was not a HDMI. :-(Call me a dumb head. :-So it was a waste of time, and I had to replace the monitor as my final fix.So, I have a very nice HDMI to VGA cable that I will likely find handy when I upgrade my mini-tower.Fine quality cable though. And not outrageous in price. Highly recommended.

Great Product and Great customer service!
My Husband bought me the Sound + Sleep Machine as an anniversary present last June.I Love the machine and it worked great to help me sleep. Unfortunately, there had been a bad batch that has a faulty piece and we had a brief black out and the machine immediately stopped working. It only flashed the power light. I called customer service and gave them the serial number and explained the issue and with out any hassle they are not only sending me a brand new machine (one that no longer has the issue), but are also sending me a replacement piece for the old one so that we will have a back up. Now, I call that customer service and I couldn't be happier. I only wish other companies would stand by their product like this one does!!! Well done ASTI, Well done!

Works well, co-worker wants one too
I bought this light because my lighting was not great for video conference calls. When I got this light, my co-workers noticed right away and said they could see me much better. My co-worker then asked me to send her the link to this light so she could get one. I like that you can dim it and also have white light or yellow light choice. I usually try a few settings, decide what I like, and then hop onto my video conference call. I appreciate that is it easy to work as well.

Great customer service and good headset
This was purchased for my son. The original package was missing some items. Their customer service contact me and send out a replacement immediately (kudos to customer service!). My son really enjoy these headset. They are easy to set up and connect to his device. The sounds are great and and he loves using them at home and school. The case is nice to carry and hold the headset. The battery life is good. I know he uses them throughout the day. I am not sure if there are noise cancelling, but he definitely use them to cancel me out when I call for him. Overall, he is happy with them.

Me likey, me use every nighttime
I found my favorite setting and leave it there. I take it on vacation. At first I thought that was really weird, but having it in case of noisiness (that is the real spelling!) makes me feel more at home. Cute little thing.
