Does not fit a small ear
Sound is wonderful and easy to use . Won’t stay in my ears and keep falling out even when I changed to the small size.

doing its' job but could use some enchancement
Easy to install and location is closer to the driver - petite people. However, the suction need enhancement because some shaking will make my phone come out. The side suction needs a curve or hook to keep the phone from falling out.Customer service department is responsive and helpful with situation.

Just one very small gripe otherwise ok.
It's not bad, good VFM. The one gripe I had was that the rubber over-ear tentacles are flimsy and not doing anything. I wondered if they would keep falling out whilst jogging but they dont seem to, so I guess then they are ok.

It's comfortable
It's comfortable, absorbent, and sounds great, and I don't have to worry about headphones falling out of my ears anymore!I haven't washed it yet, but as soon as you take out the Bluetooth module, it's ready to wash.

Finally one that works!!
It is exactly what I needed ... I purchased others in the past but they did not hold and keep falling from the vent. this one has two anchors that prevent it from falling and a super strong magnet ! I like it and recommend it ...

Everything u could want in wireless earphones.
Everything anyone could want from wireless earphones for a fraction of the price u would be paying elsewhere. Great for working out and even running. The ones I purchased from another brand for more than triple the price keep falling out but these don't.

Good quality, battery won't charge to 100%
I like this product. It's such nicer than worrying about earbuds falling out of my ears and bone conducting headphones falling off my ears because of my glasses. The sound quality and connection are really good. The only negative thing about them is that the battery will only charge to 90%, even when it's plugged in to a wall charger.
