Works best for DSLR videography for crisp audio recording
I bought mainly to use with my Sony A7III mirrorless DSLR while recording videos, I noticed inbuilt microphones in the camera are average and not for real production, I see huge difference in sound when recorded with this microphone. The quality is excellent, voice and surround sounds are recorded crisply. When recording outdoors shoots I’m using the fur sleeve and it is really helpful to cut the wind noise. Satisfied with the budget microphone and serving my need.

Best budget recording mic, period.
I've recorded using really nice gear, but it's absolutely unreal how good these are. Especially when they go on sale for $79, they're the best bang for the buck you can get in a home recording setup. I use two of them for recording stringed instruments (violin, viola, cello, and double bass) and while they don't have the warmth of a good ribbon mic, they detail they capture is excellent. The package includes two soft storage bags (would have preferred hard shell cases, but at this price whatever), and two individual mic stand mounts. The mounts don't do a great job of isolating them so I recommend getting a third-party shockmount.

works great for a refurb
works great for a refurb. The battery life is horrendous. It can be made better with some tweaking of the settings but all in all is about 30 minutes best case while recording.

Great Sound Quality, Super Simple!
The best mic for beginners. Super simple setup and awesome sound quality. I would recommend this for Live Streaming, Recording music or podcasts and voice overs.
