Well, I mean it works. It will take photos and videos when something goes by. But, even on the highest-quality setting, they don't look great. I had one of these years ago, promising wonderful HD quality photos and videos. That one didn't deliver on the promise either. The only time animals come by is night, and those pictures and videos are grainy black and white things with blobs in them. Not something you'd want to share. Maybe interesting if you just want to know what animal is out there each night.

I carefully went through the options in setup to make sure I could get a good idea of how this trail cam compared to 3 other brands I have. It's good that it only takes 4 AA batteries, but aside from taking pretty clear day time shots I don't have anything else good to say. The night shots were grainy and not shar at all. In short--it was out there less than 3 days and filled up a 4GB card with 5MP pictures--and never took a single one of any of us driving by it or getting in and out of vehicles. It seems fixed-focus at about 10 ft outward, which seems odd. The battery icon shows it took about half the batteries to shoot a few hundred pictures, which I guess is good? I can't recommend this camera.

Great picture quality, night time vision. Easy to set up and use. Using to see stray cats in my backyard at night and caught them with this trail camera. Would purchase again.
Great, compact trail camera. Great, compact trail camera. Great, compact trail camera.

Nice small camera. I really like that you can assign a number to the camera using the serial number and it only takes four batteries. I have a hard time zooming in on a picture for clarity. It may be set to far away. It still ranks high compared to my other cameras. I’ve tried all but one small camera listed in Amazon and only found one that I’ve had a problem with.

I have a few of the very small cameras at this point and the K&F Concept Mini Trail Camera is the best of them. I used the default settings on the camera when I placed at the edge of our yard near a spruce tree with Christmas lights on it.... except for setting the date, etc. I did change the sensitivity to high which might explain the photo of the buck's antlers in the included photos.I also included a day, night and distance shot in my photos. All of the photos have my camera number, (since I have 11),the photo number, the temperature, moon phase, date and time imprinted on the photos. The photos are clear, have a good wide angle and seem to do well at night also.It takes the common size memory card and four AA batteries. The camera is simple to set up. The on/off/set up switch is on the bottom so it is hard to see when its on the tree, so remember where on is when you attach it. The cameras did well in some near zero F. temperatures, snow and wind. I do not yet know the longevity of the camera, hopefully it last a long time. At this point I feel this is a very good camera, even better than some of my cameras that are 2-3 times the cost.

Nowhere in the description online or packaging does it say that you need a TF card and batteries for operation. I had guessed on the batteries, but was not sure what card would work in it, nor whether or not one was included. That information would have been helpful and I had to purchase a card in order to test out the camera. It is easy to mount, records animal activity in an acceptable range, and makes downloading the images to the computer like an Easter egg hunt. You do not know what you will find, so pleasant surprises abound. In place, either situated on a stand or tied to a tree, Because it is so small, it is wedged in the fork of a tree in our backyard. it is virtually invisible, and we are enjoying the view of things we are missing a lot. I do think it would be great to list required items on the packaging and mentioning them in the online description of the product would be nice. And, be sure to keep the paper instructions as they are not offered on the company's website.

I've used more expensive trail cameras and didn't get the results I did from this one. The only "throw away" shots it took were due to squirrels and not wind, or sun glare or some other wasteful reason.

I'm supper happy with this camera and will be buying more.

I have been using this to see what has been killing my chickens, I figured it was a fox but I have caught so much more on camera. I installed the camera a month and a half ago and the batteries are half dead. I feel that getting 3 months out of the batteries is great, that's pretty much all of hunting season here. I think the price is great, and the quality of the photos is just as expected. Night time features work great to, I have many pictures of cats, raccoons, opossums, skunk, and fox. During the day I have pictures of many squirrels, cats, dogs, birds, and more fox. I have liked this so much that I am buying 3 more to use on the property.

I was happy with the video clarity and the photos as well. Easy to operate and user friendly menu.
