I'm using 2 of these adapters.
I attached one permanently under the camera. Contrary to the otherwise smaller adapters, the camera's size is easier to balance.
I attached the second one to a second stand as a holder for a smartphone or an LED lamp.
The robust and high-quality design provides a reliable grip.
