The concept of this is really great, I love the product and actually like how the light beams on your face but in a warm way and brings out this cinematic style. The only down side is using the rear camera while using it. But it’s really an excellent setup and YouTube recording for one to have their vlog done. Easy for amateurs. Anyone can use it and be really happy with it.

Lots of light and does the job with the exception of some flickering. I've swapped out USB cables and power supplies but it still flickers which gets a little irritating.

I got this for beauty vlog/photos and love it so far! It has a yellow tinted light and a white light and a separate dimming switch. The yellow tinted light leads to a more natural coloration so I’ve used that one more than the white light. Selfies are of the yellow tinted light at its brightest and at its dimmest. I actually haven’t been using the phone holder because it doesn’t fit my phone case very well due to the case as well as the pop it thing I have on the center of my case but the legs are a perfect width/height for me to prop my phone up. I also love that the legs are rubber and bendable so you can shape them however you want/need. The cord is fairly long as well which helps. The only thing I’m not sure of is the USB port next to the phone holder, I thought it might have been to charge your phone to but I plugged my phone in and it didn’t charge so I’m not sure what that’s exactly for. Other than that it’s perfect and works great!

I bought this initially for my photography work. The way scheduling worked my husband ended up using it for a videointerview before I got a chance to use it. It was great because he could easily adjust the lighting to make the interviewee look their best. It was easy to set up and use. He kept it plugged in the whole time, so I don't know about battery life. It easily hooked up to his computer as well as his cell phone. This is a great ring light for the cost!
