Product arrived quickly and was exactly what was described. It is a quality item that I would definitely buy more of in the future if I need more than what I have. Very portable, light weight, and useful. A+

Like the portability along with easy opening for use with iPad Pro or iPhone. Doesn’t come with bracket device holder. Those were purchased seperately.

I am a professional wedding photographer and I purchased this for a destination wedding I was shooting in the Caribbean. This light stand fit perfectly in a carry-on sized suitcase (straight up and down, not diagonally, as larger light stands would need to be packed), and is extremely lightweight so it doesn't weigh your bag down. As for when it's in use - this stand is sturdy (unlike my Manfrotto 'travel' light stand) and I felt comfortable putting a 25 inch octobox and AD200 on it without worrying it would fall over. It doesn't extend past about 6.5 feet, so its on the shorter side for light stands, but I don't often put my lights higher than that during the course of a wedding so that was fine with me. I love the way the legs extend out like a tripod, although I wish the release mechanism was a little easier (but perhaps its a good thing to ensure stability). BOTTOM LINE: This is a great light stand for travel purposes. It is lightweight, easy to fit, and is study and reliable. I will likely be buying another one!

I seem to purchase all types of stands etc due to my photography company. This is one of many i have. I don't really like the stability on a normal position, but using with the legs extended seems to work much better and much more stabler. I have started using more and more in my studio for lights and for that purpose it works very well. I was initially using for my flashes.

Compact enough to carry but still very practical to mount a speed light on.

Pleasantly surprised by the build quality and the tripods ability to fold down so compactly. The great thing is that the legs are adjustable and spread out far enough as to afford the stability it needs. I'm not going to place any top heavy items on it but should I do so I'd recommend some weights at the bottom: (Note... I've read other reviews where they fuss about putting heavier items on the stand and I'm perplexed but that.. even with stands costing FAR more it's the smart thing to place sandbags or something similar at the base to stabilize it. I use velcroed ankle weights and they work wonderful. Thinking ahead goes a long way with this or any stand)... Another major plus are the locking clasps to adjust the sections. That's always a bonus over twist locks to me. My only regret is that I didn't buy an extra one at first. Top notch for the weight, compactness and utility. I'll edit this further once I've had more time with it.
