** I received this product in exchange for my opinion of it **Firstly, there is another review on this product that states that you cannot adjust the height because it requires separate parts or something. The latter is incorrect. This tripod is the same type of tripod you would expect anywhere else regards to height adjustment -- you simply undo the latches and extends the legs as needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Now onto to rest of the review. To give you a quick comparison that will sum up what this tripod is like: I recently bought a tripod from a certain very big discount store and the brand was Targus. This K&F Concept tripod looks like the exact same tripod, just with a different name. The build quality is the same, the parts are made of the same material in all parts -- and I actually interchanged some parts on each and they fit perfectly. Since both are made in China, I would assume that the same manufacturer made them, just that different brands bought them and sold them. So, if you like the Targus brand of camera products, this will give you the exact same.I used this with a camera and projector and it has the basic functions of most tripods: Adjustable up to 60" (2 way adjustable on each of the three legs), a pivot rubber foot for better balancing, a swivel arm, able to go 360 degrees, look vertical, and a removable camera plate with a screw in. All basic, general items on a tripod. The handle to raise the 'top' was a little stiff however it works fine. There is also a leveler included for both the camera plat and the tripod itself. As for the quality, it is good and what you would expect from a mid-priced tripod. Legs are made of metal, and the platform 'beam' is also made of metal. The handle (not the bar) to swivel, and the camera plate foundation is plastic.Overall, works great, is fluid with panning, and in general is a very good quality. The current price is a bit expensive compared to the Targus I bought at the certain big discount store, even though they look the same. If this is within your budget, and you want it delivered to your door, this is a product that you don't have to 'guess' at the quality -- it is the same as walking into the store and buying it. Good tripod.

Haven't used it much as yet but it certainly is light and feels like it's up to the job. I particularly like the handle not only for carrying it but also it make is easy to reposition the tripod when it it standing - talking of standing, it is stable even folded to stand up in the corner. Time will tell how well the rise-and-fall rack and pinion work - often a weakness on cheaper tripods. The only negative comment I would have is that the camera base 0/90 degrees is nowhere near in either plane, so although you can flip it quickly, you then need to set it to be properly horizontal or vertical... a little better engineering on that would have solved that issue.Bearing in mind the price as well, I think this is a very good value tripod.
