As I have said in the title of this item, for the price this is a great starter kit. To have a 2,4 & 8 Nd filter included with a circle polarised filter, ultraviolet filter and a fluorescent lighting filter in a good sturdy pouch for less price than the big name filters is a no brainier in my view. Used the ND8 the other day on a time lapse shoot and it worked perfectly cut down the sunshine perfectly to make the finished time lapse video really crisp. I bought the 77mm fitting for my tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens screws in lovely and very snug. I rate this a 5 Star for the amount you get filters wise and the overall quality and price.

Got them for my Canon lens 17-55mm and they're great for the price. I always have them in my camera bag.

I use these on my Canon 6D with 24-105MM EF-L Canon lens. For the price you can't beat this deal. The filters screw into the lens nicely and I don't detect any aberrations in color or sharpness. They are real glass!! I'm sure there are better filters out there if you want to spend the money but these are OK for my purposes. I bought this set because I wanted a clear/UV filter to protect the front of my lens and I wanted some ND filters for time exposure stuff. These work perfectly. The extras are really a bonus... The nice Velcro closure case, with everything fitting well, an extra lens cap that seems as good as the OEM one (who doesn't need an extra lens cap?) and an extra lens hood. The lens hood screws into the lens or filter threads, so it isn't like the Canon twist/lock lens hood but this hood has good threads plus a nice "lock" ring that threads back down against the lens ring/hood to hold it securely in place. When it's time to remove the lens hood simply back off the threaded ring and unscrew the hood... very simple and effective. Sheesh, for the price, unless you just really need expensive filters this is a killer deal!

Arrived well ahead of quoted delivery time. Filters are brand new, and wallet is well padded. The wallet is much larger than I anticipated, but I'm sure it will protect my filters. Haven't gotten to play with filters yet, but by the time of solar eclipse in August I will have had plenty of experiment time.

A comprehensive set, good for professionals. The filters are slim and I have tested them all, they deliver high optical quality with minimal to no colour cast, I was surprised! A good deal for the price indeed! This set also comes with a cloth which I carry with myself at all times, as a landscape photographer, it comes in handy whenever there is dust, mud or even just a rain drop. The microfibre cloth is durable and of high quality, like the filters themselves! Highly reccomended to everyone. Good value for money. In my opinion, it is better to buy these filters as a set rather than individually as that allows you to experience the full range rather than just one of their wonderful filters, couldnt recommend them more! The pouch is also great! It is well cushioned and protects the filters from any potential damage and from rough handling. The pouch is also not heavy and fits well into the backpack.

Talk about a lot of bang for the buck. I've been using these for over a month on a couple of my Canon lenses and love them. The threads are crisp and burr free (a concern on low priced filters!), the glass clean (I've purchased cheap filters in the past that arrived filthy, oily or scratched) plus the kit includes a decent lens shade and cover, and a padded case. One problem I did find with the case - it sheds. The filters were constantly covered in bits of colored thread. I finally tossed it in the dryer with some towels and got rid of the bits. The filters can be stacked and easily removed/un-threaded. These are in the bag whenever I carry my 70-200 or 24-105. I've been walking around with these and using them now for almost a month and love them.Free sample provided for honest review. Two sample shots included using the ND filters.

I’ve had very good results with the polarizing filter. If you’re shooting any portraits and you’re struggling with reflections and glares showing up in the images, the polarizing filter will really help that situation. The ND2, 4, and 8 are especially useful in situations where you can’t control or reduce the ambient light. Being able to slow your shutter speed without compromising on natural color and image quality is very, very useful. Any time I do a shoot outdoors, I bring this kit with me. I received this product for a fair and honest review.

UV, CP and FL filters appear good however, coupled with my Nikon D90, the ND filters negatively impact precise focusing. Even using manual everything on a tripod with shutter delay, precise focus was unattainable with the ND filters. That's frustrating because arguably these ND filters had greater potential value. Screw in lens hood is of questionable value. The bag is nice.

The ND's were not very special...even stacking them did not produce lots of desired effect.Got one stuck on a Hoya UV filter (threads a little tight).....may have to get a wrench kit or use hot/cold to get it loose. The polarizing filter does not truly get dark when turned complete. Poor effect I think.Oh well, had to try and see if this was a bargain. Looks like I will have to pay the real bucks for what I really want.I am keeping them as they were just too inexpensive to return.
