Great little utility for the Insta360 X5. This is a must-have piece for any X5 owner. It gives you a great mounting option for getting some great footage and angles, and it is small enough to fit anywhere. I mounted one of the magnetic stickies on my dashboard for car footage and it has been fantastic! Highly recommend and well worth the price.

This is a very compact, foldable mount for a wide variety of cameras. It uses a quarter 20 receiver insert or a quarter 20 screw that's included. The all-metal frame and foldable design allows you to position a camera just about anywhere there's metal. I mounted it to my car just to see how strong and stable the mount would be and it exceeded my expectations. The next trial was mounting it to the net post at a pickleball court to record some play. It worked flawlessly. The magnet is very strong. You could mount a lightweight ball mount from a tripod which would give you unlimited positioning of a camera. It has the Arca Mount built in so you could slide it onto a tripod if necessary. This is a great addition to a camera bag or a small kit for travel.

So not only does this have a pretty strong magnet and a mount for your Insta360, but it also has another 1/4-20 hole for you to mount this to a tripod! I have a gooseneck style mount attached to the ceiling above my CNC table and typically I have a phone holder attached. I just unscrewed the phone holder and attached this magnetic mount and now I can shoot 360 video from above making my unboxing videos and review videos a lot easier when it comes to editing! I would highly recommend this if you need a mount that is small enough to slip in a pocket and portable enough to take anywhere with you! The magnet adds plenty of ways to mount this device.

Magnet is actually really good. When I opened the box and turned it upside down to get everything out, I heard the two adhesive-backed magnetic mounts snap to the back of the magnet in the grip and was impressed with such a forceful sounds. The hinge that folds has no adjustment; no way to loosen or tighten it. I thought this would be concerning but it stays right where you last moved it to and needs a good amount of force to move it. The threads are perfect and the little 1/4-20 screw can either be tightened/loosened with a flathead screwdriver (a fairly large one) or by the convenient little handle on it! The entire thing - every little detail - feels well made. Recommend

A wonderful accessory for my action cameras!This is so versatile and convenient and light weight and very well made.I can use it as a stand, as a grip, as a short selfie stick, mount with the strong magnets on a variety of metal surfaces, on walls and beams. It even comes with 2 magnetic plates that can be attached with a screw or peel the 3m adhesive back off and mount them wherever I want to use the K $ F Concept holder.With all the options out there these days, it is wonderful to find something so unique and well designed with quality materials and workmanship.Of course, a person could use it with their phone also.I've included photos of how I use it. One photo shows the variety of mounting options and the fact that they included a D ring connector so no special tools (or coin) required. NOTE: The camera and mount are not included but the magnets and bracket and D ring connector are.Great and super useful addition.

Get a grip, or let this thing do it for ya. We have started a YouTube channel and I'm always looking for ways to make things better (very new to it all). I saw this and thought it could add some fun viewpoints to our videos. We can attach it to anything metal. And, if it's not metal, they include a couple of thin metal plates with an adhesive backing to put it somewhere you'd use it a lot (inside our van on the dash comes to mind for me). There's a backing to the area where the magnets are located to keep it from scratching the surface you place it on. The thing to note about that is the actual part where the camera is screwed onto does not have a protective backing, so if you keep this thing flat on your metal surface, it could scratch it (although it is plastic). I think it would be more of an issue on a hood/roof of a moving vehicle where it could bounce around and end up rubbing on the paint, as there is no way to lock the hinge in its position. I guess it's a fiction hinge or something like that and seems solid at this time. I might add something under the base of the camera just to be safe though. There's plenty of room to add a GoPro if you have the proper attachments. I'm looking forward to capturing our adventures with a few different angels. It does take a bit of effort to remove the camera mount from the metal surface, so I feel pretty good about having it there while driving. I wouldn't do so on a freeway or a high rate of speed in general. On the magnet side of the mount there is a way to attach it to a tripod or selfie stick to use it away from metal surfaces and/or while out on the go. With a 360 camera, it helps that this thing lays perfectly flat so you don't lose the 360 feature, except for the portion under the camera. Overall, a good addition to one's camera gear.
