SKU: KF09.181
Had to return the first one as it wouldn’t connect properly to my DJI Osmo Nano. The replacement works fine on that front, so clearly just a dud unit first time round. The build quality is decent enough and it’s better than some of the flimsier options I looked at. My main concern is the tripod feet when they’re folded in for selfie stick mode. They creak quite noticeably, which I’m worried will come through on the audio when filming. Not ideal when you’re trying to capture something properly. The orange accents are a bit much for my taste too. Could have done with something more understated.Overall it does what I need it to do and the connection issue is sorted, but the creaking feet are enough to knock a star off. Functional but not perfect.

For what this does, it’s really good. It’s well made with decent quality plastic, a tactile grippy handhold and, while light, it has a solid feel. The opening and closing action is smooth, and the locking ring, with its notchy, easy-to-grip surface, holds the legs firmly. I wouldn’t overtighten it though due to the plastic construction and the risk of the threads jumping. It holds its length or height well depending on how it’s used, and it has a firm, tight feel as it extends or retracts rather than having any sloppiness. It’s also super compact once closed making it easy to pack away. With an Osmo on the ball head it pivots and positions easily while holding firm. The ball head is plastic, but it has a premium look and feel that matches the rest of the stick. The clips feel like metal, though it doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere as far as I can tell, and they lock securely. The 1/4" thread on the side of the ball head will hold a mic or light with the addition of an accessory arm (not included), and provided it’s balanced and not overly heavy it works well. It would have been much better if an Osmo plate to 1/4" screw adapter was included to clip on and off the ball head. That would have given this more utility as a light, mic, or action cam tripod or stick without needing an accessory arm. This is very good, with a surprisingly premium feel for a little plastic stick, though it would have been better if it offered a bit more flexibility as noted above.Still recommended, it works well.

A very handy and convenient 65cm extendable telescopic tripod with built in ball head with attached mount for the Osmo DJI action 6 action camera. It means I can clip my camera on and off the tripod in a second , very handy for taking the camera off the tripod when needed without messing with screws. The mount just clips onto the underside of the camera instantly, it takes a lot of hassle out of attaching the camera to the tripod with screws and saves time when out filming. The tripod has a spin lock to stop it closing when the legs are folded out , just spin the lock to release the tripod legs, spin again to lock the legs in place once openedIt's also a good little selfie stick , the handle is comfortable to hold and grip for filming , taking selfies, the handle and tripod legs are lightweight plastic but feel pretty well made and sturdy. It's a lightweight, portable tripod that fits in my pocket or in my backpack easily, it's lightweight, easy to extend and is great for filming indoors, outdoors, I'm pleased with the overall quality.Works exceptionally well with osmo action . Camera , just make sure it clicks into place securely when attaching to camera, the camera is then locked on securely.

Having just got an Osmo Action, I've been trying out various accessories for it and am pretty happy with this one.I have a very similar normal tripod like this from K&F (which for me has always been a reliable and high quality brand). But this is definitely more just for the Osmo line with the attachment built into the tripod head. For some I see they say it's a negative (and sure it's annoying to maybe carry multiple tripods about). But the fact the mount is built in means it shouldn't loosen or accidentally fall off, so should be more secure. The tripod itself is great and high quality, all working well with no issues. Takes a bit of time to get used it opening it easily but it's not too difficult.Having the selfie stick or extending tripod is a nice option too.As I've found with all these magnetic osmo op attachments - it can take a few tries to properly attach it securely. Sometimes one side doesn't clip on as easily. But when it does it seems pretty secure.Pricewise it's reasonably priced for what you get and when compared to similar items. This is one of the better action cam tripods I've found and used.So overall is definitely a good quality produxlct, easy to use and works well. So if you're after something specifically for the Osmo Action line with the clip mounts, it's worth checking out.

I have been teaming this small K&F stick with my Osmo Action 6 during weekend walks around Bennachie and while playing in the garden with the children. When folded it measures only 21 cm and slips into a jacket pocket without complaint. Unfold the legs, extend the five sections, and you have up to 65 cm of reach in tripod mode or 62 cm when used as a handheld wand. The magnetic quick-release clasp secures the camera in an instant, and a 360-degree ball head with a 90-degree tilt lets me move from sweeping landscape shots to upright clips for the grandparents. The build quality is a mixed story. The grip feels reassuringly solid and the silicone-lined feet cling to rock or grass at half height. Extend it fully and the slender tubes begin to tremble, so any hint of wind has me lowering a section. A side-mounted 1⁄4-inch thread is useful for a small light, yet the permanently fixed DJI plate leaves my phone and GoPro at home. For devoted Osmo users it is light, pocket-friendly and quick to assemble, delivering acceptable stability provided you avoid the tallest setting on a blustery hill. I am content with the convenience and finish, although wider compatibility would have made it an even better purchase.

I really am impressed with this very compact selfie stick/tripod. It's really well made, with top quality components used, as is typical with all K&F Concept products I have experienced in the past. It's a very handy size, making it very portable and easy to deploy when needed. The clip works very well with my Osmo Action 6 camera, with a strong hold from both the magnet and the clip. This Osmo compatible clip is not removable though, so this product is exclusively for use with the DJI Osmo range of cameras only.Overall, a fantastic product that I find very easy to recommend.

I do not have any DJI cameras so cannot review this tripod/selfie stick in that context at present. So why did I ask for it? I like and own a range of K&F equipment. Unless someone beats me to it I intend to make up a couple of adaptors to use this tripod with my cameras, microphones and lighting kit.The Concept Mini Tripod/Selfie Stick is packaged in a plastic bag, placed inside a crisply printed box formed from light card. It's a neatly presented package. The instruction sheet and a company introduction sheet are also in the box. All parts of the packaging are generally recyclable. My first impression is the 'top heavy' feel of the housed (as in not extended) unit. My second impression was how striking it looked with its deep metallic orange metal parts contrasting against the satin black body and head parts. The base/handle has a sculpted rubber insert on the top face that gives a good 'grippy' surface when using as a selfie stick. Once opened out this same sculpted surface provides a good grip for any weight placed on the base to counteract the 'top heavy' action as the tripod is extended. I find zip-locked sandwich bags part filled with water work well in most situations. The whole assembly is very well put together. The legs unfold smoothly, the bracing hingeing on the pivot points with no twisting motion. Once the locking ring is tightened down there is no extraneous movement. The extension is by means of telescopic sections simply pulled apart to set the required length. There is no locking mechanism to operate, simple friction locks hold the set length efficiently. The ball head moves freely when unlocked. A light twist of the screw is all that is required to lock it in the desired position. On the opposite side to the screw is a standard 1/4" thread that will accommodate various lighting and microphones, even maybe a second camera. Just keep in mind this is a lightweight tripod, balance may be an issue without additional base weight. I cannot speak from experience about the camera magnetic mount and claw system, but the components appear well made and assembled. The magnets feel strong and the latch grip also. Both latches operate freely with good spring pressure both sides. I have no doubt the will hold the cameras as intended. As a selfie stick the extended shaft is pretty rigid but there is a modicum of flexing. The image stabilisation within the camera should be more than capable of dealing with this, I doubt most users would even notice it. I mention it only as a warning that this is a lightweight device, too much force on the shaft will bend or even break it! This is not a fault of the product. In my opinion this is a well-designed, functional lightweight dual purpose tool, very compact and easy to stow in a backpack or similar. At £24.99 it is well worth the money.

Shooting smooth video on the move requires a kit that is both reliable and easy to carry, and this K&F Concept tripod fits that description perfectly. The build quality is excellent, offering a sturdy feel despite the unit weighing a mere 180 g. Because it folds down to just 21 cm, it slides into a jacket pocket or a small camera bag without any trouble at all.Switching between the handheld selfie stick and the stable tripod mode is a seamless process. The five-section legs extend smoothly to provide a good range of height, while the 360-degree ball head allows for quick adjustments between vertical and horizontal shots. Stability is impressive for such a lightweight stand, largely thanks to the widened base and the silicone pads that prevent it from sliding on smooth surfaces.Compatibility is the main factor to keep in mind before clicking buy. While the magnetic quick-release system is brilliant for the specific models it supports, it will not work with every action camera on the market. Always double-check that your particular camera is on the approved list to avoid any disappointment when it arrives.Value for money is definitely a strong point here given the premium materials used throughout. Most bloggers and travellers will appreciate the thoughtful design, including the extra thread for mounting a microphone or light. It is a solid investment for anyone looking to upgrade their portable filming setup with a tool that handles both stability and reach with ease.

This is a well made tripod stick by K&F Concept. The ball head is great quality and the selfie stick parts are good. It feels good in the hand and when used as a tripod it's wide enough to feel really steady. The selfie stick is really stiff to extend and is a bit of a struggle to get to retract again too.The magnetic clamp will work with the action 5 and 6 but only with a bit of coaxing to get it to sit correctly as the 6 is very slightly different with different magnet placing.Overall this is a decent tripod selfie stick and is handy id you want to film static or for those time lapses. As I've come to expect from K&F this is well made from qaulity components and a nice looking bit of kit.

For those who frequently find themselves filming on the move, this K&F Concept mini tripod is a decent piece of equipment. It is constructed from hard-wearing yet lightweight materials that give it a premium feel without adding unnecessary weight or bulk to your bag. Being so compact, it slips easily into a backpack or even a jacket pocket, making it a great companion for travel or day trips where a full-sized tripod would be a nuisance.Of course, a tripod must be steady, and with this one, the legs lock securely and the 360-degree ball joint allows for precise camera positioning. It feels remarkably robust for its size, which is exactly what you want when mounting expensive action cams. Although it is specifically designed to provide a secure attachment for the Osmo series, the inclusion of a 1/4" thread on the side is a very useful addition that allows you to mount a small light or a microphone, adding a great deal of versatility to a very portable setup. I see no reason why a bracket for a regular smartphone couldn’t also be attached using this thread. The build quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from the brand. It holds its position without sagging, and the transition from tripod to selfie stick is smooth and effortless. It remains light enough to carry all day without a second thought. For anyone looking to steady their shots or add accessories to a compact rig, this is a great choice of tripod.
