Excellent NP-F970 replacement. It’s rated at 7.4V 10,500mAh (10.5aH). It features USB-A and USB-C, so you can power external devices. The USB-C serves both input/output. It’s a tad bigger than my Powercell 8000mAh, but has the capacity advantage and USB ports to charge any device.

These are excellent to power soft box lights. Although it’s rated at 10,500mAh, expect between 8,900mAh and 9,500mAh realistically. Good value for what it offers.
