A must-have for content creators or even to take holiday family photos when you hate asking someone or stranger to take the photo. Quick and easy to set up with very good height. Stable and secure. Holds up phone well with the magnetic holder. Bulkier and heavier than selfie sticks but very robust. Highly recommend.

This review is for K&F CONCEPT 72" Tripod for iPhone, 3-in-1 Magnetic & Clip Selfie Stick with Remote, 360° Rotatable Magnetic Phone Tripod, Compatible with iPhone All Series Android Phones 1/4" Screw Accessories. This selfie sticks works through push/ pull action, so no twisting to lock/unlock sections is required. I got this for use with my action camera as I looked at the photo and saw an action camera with the same fittings as my gopro. However, this comes with a screw mount fitting, which is mentioned in the listing, so if you are wanting to use with gopro hero 11 you’ll need an additional fitting. Definitely more for phone use than action cam – maybe to stop confusion, remove action cam from the photo listing as there are products targeted specifically to devices and this is more for mobile phones.

I have been looking for a good long-reach selfie stick for a while, so when I saw the K&F CONCEPT 72" Selfie Stick/Tripod I thought it would be suitable. Although I already have a small pocket size Magsafe selfie stick/tripod, which I have found very useful for taking family group shots, I wanted a one with a longer reach to give a wider perspective to family group shots. With its collapsed size of29cm and weight of 400g, the K&F CONCEPT 72" Selfie Stick/Tripod is much larger and heavier than the small one I have been using, so it would probably need to be carried in a bag or rucksack. It is well made of aluminium and strong plastic. In addition to the Magsafe mount you can also use a clip mechanism built into the Magsafe plate. It is supplied with a self-adhesive Magsafe ring which lets you adapt your normal phone to use the selfie stick magnetic mount. You can also use the built-in ¼” screw mount to mount a camera. I would not trust it with something heavier, such as a DSLR, but it would probably be OK a go-pro or a compact camera. The 4-axis mechanism lets you infinitely adjust the shooting angle, and you can also trigger your phones camera remotely using the supplied USB Rechargeable Bluetooth remote control. As the K&F Concept Selfie Stick is made of lightweight alloy, it is fairly easy to use at full length. The tripod works well on a flat surface, but I would not trust it on a slope or on an uneven surface.I have a Samsung S23 Ultra with a Mous MagSafe case and the magnetic mounting works perfectly. The Samsung S23 Ultra is not a lightweight phone but the mounting copes with it well. It is easy to fit the phone and very stable. The magnets used by the mount are incredibly strong and the phone is held very securely. AS the Magsafe mount works so well I did not need to use the clip mount. I did not use the clip mount as the magnetic mount works so well with my phone. The K&F Concept Selfie Stick Tripod is good value and recommended.

I’ve got quite a bit of K&F Concept equipment, from filters through to action camera accessories, and it’s always been top notch stuff in addition to being reasonably priced. This selfie stick is no exception and it is much more than just a selfie stick. First impressions are that this is a quality item. The finish is excellent and it looks as though it will hold up to being thrown in a camera or travel bag without a problem. The tripod feet are released by turning a knob at the bottom of the tripod and I have to say that these are very sturdy feet with a decent footprint. To put the feet back up just turn upside down and the feet slide back into their locked position. The selfie stick extends to around 176cm to the centre of the phone with the feet folder. When using as a tripod you can get to a decent height and it is still stable, but this does depend on the weight of the device that’s attached. When completely collapsed it takes up a very small footprint and will fit in most camera bags. The iPhone fitting is very good and supports magnetic connection. For non magnetic phones there are two small clips on the mag fitting that extend to clamp in the device. The head is very flexible allowing a good amount of movement in several directions. However, the big plus point for me is the 1/4” adaptor that lets my put an Arca compatible adaptor on to the tripod. My Pocket 3 and Insta360 action camera both have Arca plates fitted so I can change them out very quickly. Whilst the phone adaptor doesn’t appear to be removable it does fold completely out of the way. There is also a small Bluetooth remote stored on one of the tripod legs. To be honest I will just use a small super clamp for holding my phone to control the Pocket 3 and Insta360, but for starting record on the phone the Bluetooth adaptor may be useful. All in all, a quality piece of kit that’s going to get a multitude of use.

I am so impressed by this tripod - it is far better than I expected for the price! What stands out most is the thoughtful and innovative design, incorporating a shutter release button remote, which is attached via a magnet, but also has a loop to hold it by. Then there is the flexibility inherent in the design, not only is the height adjustable, but the legs can easily be retracted by upending it. They stay attached via another magnet. Although advertised as suitable for iPhones, there are so many ways of attaching phones and cameras that pretty much any would be compatible with it. I think £24.49 is a bargain price. If I could give this 6 stars I would!

This selfie stick from K&F Concept comes in an attractive box bearing the company's trademark orange branding. Inside we get the selfie stick itself, a metallic ring, a USB charging cable a product sheet and a multi-lingual instruction guide. The device has three potential uses - a grip for an action camera or phone, an extendable selfie stick, or a tripod. At the heart of all three uses is the mount for the camera or phone, and again we have three options. The pivoting head features a large flat disc. This contains a strong magnet which will hold a suitable phone firmly in place. If your phone doesn't have a magnetic back, the supplied adhesive ring can be installed either on the back of the phone or onto a case. The head's disc also contains two fold-out sprung fingers which can grip the sides of a phone. The disc also has silicone anti-slip pads to help hold the phone securely. The head can rotate in the Y and Z axes, so you can shoot landscape and/or pan the phone sideways. The arm holding the head folds up by rotating in X, so you can also point the phone upwards or downwards. But the head is not limited to using phones, as it also incorporates a standard 1/4-inch camera screw, allowing it to attach to most regular cameras. The only thing missing is the means to connect a standard action camera mount. We had hoped by disassembling the head we might be left with somewhere to attach the standard two-fingers action camera mounting, but no. So, to do this you need an action camera mount which incorporates a 1/4-inch thread. These are readily available, or you can use the phone side-grips to hold the action camera. With your recording device attached, the unit can be held as a hand grip. It's quite chunky but not overly heavy, so can be carried for some time without fatigue. The head, though, is actually mounted on a long telescopic pole. Just pull it out and it extends a long way. It goes up to 1m 80cm which is pretty impressive. It also feels pretty stable, with little to no wobble. Then, if you twist the base, three legs unfold to form a tripod. The footprint is relatively small, but it is perfectly stable thanks to the metal support arms connecting the legs to the pole. Some wobble is experienced if you use the phone or camera's controls when the telescopic pole is fully extended but it soon settles and becomes stable again.Turn the device upside down and the legs fold back onto the pole, with just a slight press needed to latch them back in place. Also included is a Bluetooth remote shutter controller. This stores on the body of the stick, slotting into place. It has a wrist lanyard attached and, surprisingly, is rechargeable. The base incorporates a USB-C port while the body has a small red LED which lights up when charging and goes out when fully charged. A USB-A to USB-C charging cable is included. The remote has an on/off slider switch on the rear. When first turned on it goes into pairing mode. Once paired, the button operates the shutter on the phone or supported camera. There are times when you take a product out of the box and it immediately exudes quality. This is one of those times. It feels a disservice to call it a mere 'selfie stick' as, for us, it also works as a camera grip, a monopod and a tripod. It feels genuinely well made and has impressive solidity. At only 400g, it is easy to carry and highly versatile.

I already owned a tripod that I used for my phone, but what attracted me to this one was that it's magnetic. This complements my iPhone perfectly, as it makes it much easier to maneouvre than the traditional clamp style. This does still have a clamp you can pull out if you want to, as shown in one of the attached pics, meaning it's suitable for more or less any phone. If you want to use the magnet instead, the clamp grips fold flat inset into the magnet end, so you don't even know they're there. The magnet is strong enough to grip my phone through its case. This can be extended a fair distance, but can also be retracted relatively short. Although I won't be using it as a selfie stick, it would be ideal for anybody who was. It's a flexible, well made device that allows you to easily fix your phone at whatever location and in whatever direction you choose.

Lots are good, some are great, some don't impress. A rare few blow your socks off with how good they are for the price. This tripod / selfie stick is one of those rare products. It is superb - a really clever design that looks good and feels great and is a joy to use. So handy as a selfie stick that will extend to a massive 6 feet - and great also as a mini tripod with an ingenious opening trick. You tap it on the ground and the three feet pop open. Very clever. The whole thing feels robust enough to last and I love having the bluetooth shutter switch that fixes to the side of the stand magnetically and has a hand strap so it can be on your wrist convenient for clicking that shutter or starting your recording. No app needed - it just pairs via Bluetooth.Despite emphasising that this is for iPhone, its sprung side clips do allow it to securely hold any phone - even my large and heavy S25 Ultra feels perfectly secureHonestly, it is a superb all round product and I am surprised that it is only £24.99. 6 stars out of 5 from me :-)

This is perfect for those that want to be able to use a full sized tripod, without having to carry around or store away something bulky. It's relatively compact and pretty lightweight when folded, so it's quite a shock once you fully extend it at around 180-ish centimetres tall, though you can have it at any height you want and it holds the position firmly. It seems pretty stable even when fully extend thanks to the large feet.It works fine as a selfie stick, with an adjustable head for perfect positioning of the phone, and it's just as easy to use as a tripod. The head includes a 1/4" thread for attachments, as well as a phone holder, though the magnetic magsafe-friendly plate works great with my iPhone 14 Pro.The included remote trigger pairs just fine with my iPhone and handy for taking photos or starting/stopping a video recording, and clips into the base of the tripod for safe keeping. At under £25, it's good value for money as it's pretty handy considering it's portability and extended size - I've found it incredibly useful for when I make photos and videos for reviews as it's so easy to carry around.

This is an excellent quality 72 inch extending tripod or selfie stick , the build quality and design is very good with a very sturdy tripod stand which is also a good handle for using as a selfie stick. The telescopic pole just pulls out and extends to an impressive 72 inches , excellent range and height for good angles and range for group selfiesThe pole is a lightweight metal, aluminium so its solid and sturdy and extends easily and pushes back in easily. The magnetic phone adapter is very strong , a strong magnet holds my mobile phone very well for vertical or horizontal positions, an excellent tripod for video making for social media, youtube , tiktok, instsagram for quick horizontal or vertical recording. The phone mount can be taken off , as can the small remote control from the handle , the 1/4 screw can then be used to attach action camera mounts to use with gopro, DJi and other action cameras.Overall this is a very long tripod for iPhone, android , with quick magnetic attachment or it can be used with cameras or action cams.A good solid tripod stand too with excellent height, easily adjustable though to be used as a desktop tripod if needed, lightweight and portable too.
