This clip mount exceeds my expectations of what I was ordering. It is made very well, feels durable and high quality. The spring is extremely strong and will hold to just about anything you attach the mount to. The top and bottom of this clip mount has a great quality anti-slip silicone surface, the bottom is also magnetic and hold very well to any metal surface. The head can rotate to any desired 360 degree position, making it perfect for clipping this to your backpack strap, crossbody strap of when it is magnetically attached. The inside of the clip has a raised ribbed rubber.silicone grip to assist on the strength of the hold, something that many other clips of the similar style do not have. The head has 2 ways to mount action cameras so you have many different cameras that can be attached. Overall I am very excited to have this clip mount ready for my upcoming vacation to Europe. The price point is also great, making this very affordable for all. I very highly recommend this clip mount.

As my photos will show, I tested this with a DJI Action 5 Pro camera (which the ad stated to be the camera that the mount was made to support).What I liked - The clip is firm and holds up well. The pivot (as shown in the ad) allows 180 degrees of rotation, so you can adjust the camera angle. The magnet on the clip is fairly strong as well (the top plate of the clip has a magnet inside), and I tested it on a steel mesh drawer and found it held pretty well - even though it wasn't a solid steel surface. The unit included the magnetic clip, a mount with an adjustable thumbscrew, and the second thumbscrew to loosen/tighten the swivel function. Swivel is a challenging term since the base swivels (let's say left-right) 180 degrees and the mount swivels (let's say up-down) another 180 degrees, so lots of flexibility in the camera mount.What I did not like - Not much of anything. I was surprised that the thumbscrew mount was included when that mount does not work with the Action 5 Pro, but I do like having it for other cameras, where that mount is standard. It would have been nice to have a mount to tied directly to the intended camera . . . HOWEVER, my camera came with multiple magnetic mounts, and as the photos of my camera on this mount show, those magnetic mounts worked perfectly with the product and gave me full flexibility. Moreover, since I can reverse the magnetic mount, flipping it gives me 360 degrees of rotation total - 180 degrees for the lens, and if I flip the magnetic mount, then I get the other 180 degrees of flexibility.There is also a tab on the unit that lets you remove the camera stem from the clip itself, so you can leave the clip in place and remove the camera or the stem to it. Overall, it's a very flexible design, feels like quality, and has great utility.

Works great, firm grip. I stopped using most other mounts and just clip this as its easier and feels very sturdy. I use a lot on backpack strap for mountaineering, and clipped onto my chest armour for some rowdy downhill mtb. Does the job.

Steady and reliable.

I bought this hoping to mount my action camera on the brim of my riding hat for filming horse riding. I'd been using a centre-mounted one before but it was so heavy it gave me headaches. Unfortunately, clipping this to the hat brim didn't work out as the weight of my camera just tipped the hat forward slightly. I think my camera might be a bit too heavy for this type of mount.That said, I've been using it clipped onto my body protector/clothing instead and it works fine for that. The clip feels sturdy and grips well. I haven't tried the magnetic feature yet as I'd need something magnetic inside my clothes to attach it to, but it's on my list to experiment with.The rotating ball head is handy for adjusting angles, and the quick-release is easy to use once you get the hang of it.It's a decent mount, just didn't solve my specific hat-mounting problem. Would be interested to hear from other riders - what do you all use to record your rides without ending up with a sore head?

I have tried many different version of the clip that comes for the GoPro and this hits the most boxes that I've found so far. Extremely well made and strong, it never slips off my straps. Also the price is pretty good compared to the other branded items, especially the GoPro official version. I do love the quick release of the clip too for fast paced situations. Nice, small and lightweight, no messing straight out the box! Perfer for all the content creation you might need. 5 stars!

I bought the mount for my Osmo Action 4 and am very happy with it. It is easy to attach to backpack straps, car sun visors or fixed surfaces and holds the camera securely without it slipping. I've tried the mount while hiking and driving and the shots look stable. You have your hands free and you can still film anything. You can mount it on solid surfaces in the car and get a good viewing angle. The mount looks robust and attaching the camera is quick and easy. Everything sits tight and holds reliably even when moving. For me, the mount is a practical and easy way to record stable videos on the go, whether hiking or in the car. I definitely recommend them
