This is a super well made clamp. I do a lot of action camera video work and have other clamps but none are as well made as this one for the money. I think this is a real bargain. I do not plan to be using it on a motorcycle but based on quality of manufacture I have no doubt it would do the job well. What I specifically wanted this clamp mount for is to hold my external camera battery. When recording out doors I use some home made sun shades and needed a way to secure the battery. The clamp comes with a threaded mount also so I tried it out with a phone holder mount and it worked perfectly. This was important for me because I often run an iPhone and an action cam simultaneously when I'm recording so I can capture in 2 formats. See photos provided.

This is a solid little clamp that you can put on your motorcycle's windshield to hold a camera or mirror. I added rubber washers to make sure the bolts don't back out due to vibrations. Works like a charm. I would recommend constantly checking the mount, especially in the beginning, as the pad wears in and settles into the compression. I am not saying there was a problem, just giving advice to prevent any from occurring. I have full confidence in the clamp itself and will be getting a second one.

If you want to mount an action camera to a motorcycle windshield or to the partially lowered window of a car door then this action camera mount is perfect.The clamp itself is made of metal and the mounting hardware is a mix of metal and durable plastic. I've used a few different action camera mounts and this is definitely one of the best built in terms of materials and attention to detail.Highly recommended!

This is a really unique clamp in that it has a flat surface for glass. The way it screws together with thick screws is also very well made and refined leading to a smooth open and close and once on, a strong grip.The top piece however that attaches to your camera is all plastic. This doesn’t make a lot of sense that everything is metal except for the mount which should be metal too so the strength matches. It’s all still good though. But I’ll replace the camera mount piece with a stronger one.

I got this for my insta360 to clamp on my window while driving, letting me capture videos of my drives over the Bay Bridge and shots of San Francisco handsfree. This thing works GREAT! It clamps very tightly with nice foam pads on the clamps, leaving the mount snug and secure. I'm very happy with the quality of the mount, it's all metal and feels hefty. I'd definitely recommend it
