It’s very well constructed, made of all metal (except for the small rubber bits) wth their signature orange, it is easy to use, and holds firmly when tightened. To use the arm, it loosen the knob and it basically goes limp where you can adjust it as you see fit. You don’t have to use the arm with the clamp as it has 1/4 screws so you can detach it and use it elsewhere. I use it specifically to hold up a small panel light, but I can see this being useful to hold up a shotgun mic or something. I have a similar magic arm and super clamp set from a competitor, but the K&F set is clearly higher quality through and through. A very versatile tool.

It's a heavy-duty piece, good for even the largest of cameras on the fastest of rides.
